David, Is this on stands now? If so, I am so out of here to buy it! (Have I mentioned that I love Charisma?).

I know this may sound corny, but hey, I'm on a board with others like me! Anyway, my best friend and I will be together tomorrow night watching the final episode. We will toast the very last Grr...Argh! together (he with a beer, myself with a Scotch). Anyway, while all the S'Cubies can't be together physically, maybe in spirit, if everyone raises a glass in toast, may be nice. Just a suggestion.

//David, Is this on stands now? If so, I am so out of here to buy it! (Have I mentioned that I love Charisma?). // That's where I got it. I was getting gas yesterday, and there it was in the rack as I stood in line waiting for some woman to understand she couldn't get a lottery ticket with a credit card. I saw "Girls of Buffy" in big letters on the cover (hardly recognized Alyson in her underwear), and knew I had to have it. Some of the Charisma photos are older (like the ones from way back in the white panties with the top hat, possibly an old FHM shoot), but as I said, she's clearly wearing a wedding band and has her crucifix tatoo on her wrist (which is also relatively recent) in a couple of the shots. Which I thought was interesting because I remember reading that she doesn't ever want to do nudity on screen because she doesn't want to be seen as a bimbo, and thanks to her body, it's already an up-hill battle for her. No on-screen nudity, but near nudity in magazines like FHM. go figure.

( See- you are a wicked girl...) ellie// Thanks, ellie (again) I didn't change much as it was pretty perfect the way it was... I have made a hobby of re-working lyrics to songs at work lately. At times I think it is border line sacrilege (SM's Full of Grace will never be the same for some office mates since my version -- the AC is cold and bitter) but, hey, you gotta do something to fun to keep up the spirits while at work .

Sue said: one (apparently) lied! (Teasing, Patti.) No, that's fair. I lied. And then I lied about lying. And I'm lying now.

//No, that's fair. I lied. And then I lied about lying. And I'm lying now.// Another great Star Trek episode, "I, Mudd". To defeat a entirely too literal race of robots, one of the crew went up to a robot and explained to the robot that everything that came out of Capt. Kirk's mouth was a lie -- he never told the truth. Kirk then told the robot, "Listen very closely -- I'm lying right now." The robot blew a fuse trying to figure out how he could be lying when he's saying he's lying, but everything he says is a lie ....

//bye the bye- anybody have ANY ideas about what the little grr arggh guy will say tomorrow?// Good question -- I'll be needing a hug, but he already said that one when Buffy left town at the end of season 2. Did he say anything after Buffy's season 5 swan dive?

I read all the way through the Nerd Alert and had my first official hour-long cry. I expect to have several more tomorrow.* Others preceded me, others will follow. Tissues and sobbing out loud are optional. Extra points for funny hats. *Somebody's gonna archive this, right?

-good question about the grr arrgh guy David- //Did he say anything after Buffy's season 5 swan dive?// I thought the little guy was only spontaneous 2 previous times - Once after Amends when he wore a little Santa hat and rang the bells and after Becoming- maybe he will sprinkle pixie dust and take out a hankie? ellie
