You know, I like the music they have in the bunker. Ana is good at this asking questions thing. You can tell she knows how to structure an interrogation. You've been looking for someone to blame. Um. Actually, no. Not at all. I don't see that aspect at all. I wonder why he said that? Is that the current theory of the guys running the experiment? Heeeee! Hurley and Sun each with their own secret. So, did she bribe the doctor to lie? Or did the island fix her endometriosis? Oh, tell me he's not blaming her!? "I was trying to trap the son of a fisherman." That marriage was in sad sad shape, wasn't it? Listen to Ana about how to run the questioning. Sayid!!! Oh, thank God I get to see a bit of Sayid!!! How did you get him to do this? I asked nicely. "Jack and Locke are a little too busy worrying about Locke and Jack." #claps# Oh, that is just too too perfect! So, Charlie is Sayid's minion now? Damn, can't that boy stick with one BFF, overlord, woobie leader?

Charlie ain't lookin' too good.
Humour's not his strong suit. And I'm saying this to you. ;D
And I think Charlie used a gun pretty damn well, actually. Very well, frankly, especially for a musician.
More female bonding with Sun and Kate.
As complicated as Jin being the last one on the island to find out you spoke English? Ouch!
Ah! So Kate doesn't know about balloon-man.
I knew she didn't want a baby.
Cool - we get a bit of his story. He did run away to America, but the relationship didn't work out.
Hmmmmm. Maybe it's gonna turn into an affair after all.
Awwww. Ana L and Sayid are so pretty . . . . all angsty and pouty and broody. They'd make a pretty couple, if, you know, I didn't kill her for taking my Sayid.
Damn. Good for you Ana, a straight apology.
Huh. Sayid has turned all his anger onto the Others. They're to blame for Shannon's death.

Point to ponder: Ana-Lucia's interrogation methods vs Sayid's (both filled a comparable position in their respective countries. sort of.) Question of circumstances, experiences. Real world tie-ins.
Wonder if Henry is just trying to make clear everything that he could do, but won't.
I like how there's usually a smaller group split off from the main group. The raft folks, now Sayid/Ana-Lucia/Charlie.

Oh, please please please let it rain on them!!
Charlie, you are pretty damn chipper in the morning.
Thank you, Lost makers, for wet Sayid. Oh, I love wet Sayid. And he's being all masterful and smouldering. Mmmmmmm.
Bernard is too cute.
And then, OMG, Shirtless Sawyer! Sexy DDK, wet Sayid and shirtless Sawyer. It's the trifecta of Sex!
Uh, guys? I think Jin understands a bit of what you're saying. And that's what it took to make her tell him. For him to come to her in need.
Is she going to tell him she had an affair? Oh, holy hell! It's Jin that can't have children . . . and if the doctor told . . . .
Woah. And her dad would probably have killed Jin.
So, the baby is not his? No! It's a magical island baby!!
Yup! One magical island baby, coming up.
Unless that look on her face means she was lying to him.
(Those clever Lost creators, always setting it up so it could be mystical or real world.)

But - did Sun have an affair? Her "English teacher" was obviously interested, and vice-versa, but we don't really know she went through with it. For one thing, he was asking her NOT to go to America, to stay in Korea, with him . . . but we know that Sun continued with her plans to go to America. So she might well have turned him down. Also - we do know that Sun hasn't been having an affair with anyone on the island - at least, I feel certain of that. And they've been on the island two months or so, no? And she is just starting to have symptoms . . . not impossible that she wouldn't have noticed right away, but the suggestion is she got pregnant on the island, which means Jin is the father. Unless, as you say, we are talking "mystical magic island baby." I mean, we have all those "Virgin Mary" images to get us thinking of sex-free conception. That could explain the concerned look on Sun's face - I mean, that it wasn't about a belief that the baby was another man's, or about lying to Jin about an affair, but about a suspicion that something very wierd, and NOT GOOD, (as in "Rosemary's Baby" not-good) was going on.

Working together to re-plant the garden of "we're in love again and having a baby".
Compromise. She asks him if she can stay and he holds back on the insane-oh protective thing.
What's the difference between a martyr and a prophet. Well, some might say something like a prophet speaks the truth (or some version) and a martyr is just someone that got killed.
I mean, I wouldn't say that (actually I wouldn't) but I could see that interpretation.
Dharma bunker cereal.
He wants to see how they are responding to the bunker. Why they aren't curious.
"Wow. You guys have some real trust issues." #rofl1#
He's torturing them. The whole "if I was an Other" is to get back at them for hurting him. And so that when they find the balloon, they'll think "oh he's not an Other".
But he sooooo is.
Well. Unless he's just a really really annoying guy.
Lots o' things happening next ep, eh?

Ana-Lucia is a good interrogater. Maybe only when it's not personal? I can see that. A calmer head so she can use her police skills. Totally lying. Magical island baby. Definitely. Best! Line! **nods**

It must really suck to be a fisherman in Korea. LOL! Yes, I guess so. I like Locke's solution to dealing with his "Jack-anxiety" while not doing anything too stupid with the prisoner. Ana Lucia is handling it well. They both played it nicely.

So, when is Sayid gonna remember that NOBODY trusts Charlie with guns, willingly? That he could only get it one place? And who the hell DOES travel with pregnancy tests? ;D ;D ;D I think the island manufactured it. To get ready for the magical island baby boom.

But what about Second Breakfast? Hee. Heeeeee! Or trying to be a player, like some of the others? And not doing it very well? Oh, momma! I think they're leaving both possibilities open. Deliberately.

Um, ok so the baby did fix things. For now. Of course. It's a magical island baby. It probably also works as a radio and has wings.

"Daddy-O" yeah, he gets it. Jin either thinks he's been cured or he's taking to his Joseph horns pretty well. Hell, maybe it IS Jin's. Well, martyrs tend to have more memorable deaths... oooh! Dharma flakes!!We don't have anyone to ask, Uncle Henry. Heh....(begins laughing: Henry has got to be an "other" in the way he plays them off each other. There'd be an ambush, which is what I've been worrying about since she said she had the map. Hey! Balloon! But did Locke get his hat out from under the door in time? Heeee!
