It was...and the best part? The scenes with Logan and Weevil - SUCH great lines! Yes! Yes! Logan just having to be the funny guy and cracking Weevil up, even if it was a little against his will. Neither of them want to like the other guy at all, but they can't help joking around. Just great. Lola

Yep - I loved the way he was grinning and saying "ask your witness". He so totally knew they were just trying to jerk his chain. And even though he knew it would hurt his Grandma that he was expelled, there's no way he was gonna back down in front of them. That's our Weevil! Yay! ;D Lola he's a good actor - you could see the emotion in his face - knowing he was going to disappoint his grandmother... sigh...I like our two bad boys. what a surprise...

Was anyone else annoyed that she just dived right into investigation mode when she first saw the signs of a disturbance in the neighbor's house WITHOUT telling her dad or (somewhat understandably) the police? Also....I'm a little disturbed that she has incorporated intimidation by her own private motorcyle mafia so thoroughly into her modus operandi... Not that I wouldn't use any excuse to have weevil ride up myself. (not ride up my...oh you know what I mean. *grin*) **momentarily distracted by the thought of Weevil . . . riding up . . . .** Um, yeah. Yeah. It's a little disturbing how often VM just takes into her own hands and uses methods that are a bit too shady. Though I did like it when she just told the parents that her dad was a good detective and could help them instead of jumping in on her own there. 'Course then she had to go and pay no attention to her dad telling her to stay out of things. We can only hope (from her voice over) that she might have learned a bit about the dangers of jumping in alone from this case. Lola

You're good..... Didn't the principal just *deserve* that? Talk about screwed up priorities. Obviously, he isn't *new*. I did feel sorry for that teacher. He was trying to make a difference, which is so hard to do when the ones in charge are corrupt.

Maybe even what Lily thought to be the truth when she told Veronica to forget about her brother, really wasn't - but she obviously stumbled on to some horrible truth. Was anyone else creeped out by the pregnant girl and the artist's apartment? A little creeped, but now of course I'm wondering how much of that was just to set us up like Veronica to think he was a bad guy. But, does he just go around "saving" girls with troubles? 'Cuz that's a little, well . . . . And did Lilly and Duncan stumble on something icky about Veronica, or just something icky in their own family and they were trying to keep V away from it? Lola

OMG, thank you for the Logan/Weevil goodness spotting, 'cuz I was all over that like honey on toast. Um. You know what I mean. OK. Back to plotty stuff. Loved how even the alumni lady was still spouting the Neptune high theme. Look at all the pretty/rich/important people! Eww, who remembers her? And he must have gone to jail! Let's not put their pictures up. Lola LOL! That goodness was hard to miss. Weevil and Logan had a 'moment'. Of course, now they're back to being 'enemies'. Their scenes in detention had a very "Breakfast Club" feel to them.

*head spinning* But why is Koontz taking the fall? **hyperventilating** Can't . . . keep . . . track. Too many possibilities. Brain going boom. So, we didn't get any straight out facts about Lilly's murder, but what elements of this story were supposed to be commenting on our character's lives? There's too many!!! (Step)dad's molesting their daughters; violence against their children; hints of various possible blood connections; boyfriends that maybe are bad or maybe are good; secrets that should stay secret; bad girls that really aren't bad but instead have some horrible secret at home; breaks ups that aren't about what they seem to be about; etc. etc. Ahhhhhh! He was trying to make a difference, which is so hard to do when the ones in charge are corrupt. I probably should have felt sorry for the teacher ...in retrospect I guess he was trying to teach them something...I was just totally into 'go Weevil and Logan' mode and missed it.
