Roslin's still thinking Kara might be a cylon, but I love how Kara just goes right past Roslin's speech to go right for the heart of the matter. More shades of season one. Roslin wanting Kara's special help. Oh. Interesting!! Six's "we're not ready, we're deceiving them" thing. That is just very very interesting. Stall Adama. Tell hm anything but the truth and Leoben will "deal" with the centurions. OK. Well, damn. Everything just put right on the table. Roslin, Baltar, the truth of the visions and they're off to see the hybrid. Damn!! Little Hera's not wishing for a pony or a swingset, she's wishing for Six. But is that just Sharon's dream? Oh, she's flashing back on her dream as she hunts for Hera. The strolling centurions? Just. Creepy. Whoa. Sharon not happy about things, is she. And Roslin want them to "plug it in". Oh, crap. "You are never gonna take my child." "We didn't come here to." And then, bang bang. Well, damn, Sharon! Way to risk losing your kid in another way. And the hybrid jumped them. Because, you idiots, did you forget she runs the ship? She controls the ship? She is the ship?

Oh, Baltar. You always get involved with the same woman, even when she's a different woman, don't you? And he does petulant far too well. "We've been lying here, doing nothing!" Nicely played, Tory. Got info out of him, easy as pie. Oh my pretty sweaty suffering surprisingly-lovely-voiced amputated woobie Gaeta! Explaining how not being able to resurrect made a difference. Interesting. To live meaningful lives, we must die and not return. Oooh, ooooh! Kara flashing on the hybrid's words!!! This is meaningful in another way, then? Oooooh!! Baltar looking at Gaeta! Roslin dreaming of Sharon and Hera in the Opera house! Six sharing the dream and Baltar's there!! Sharon has the dream too and Six takes Hera and she wakes up and the kid says bye bye!! It's like season one wackiness come to life!!It's insanity! Dogs and cats humans and cylons, living together!

So, I'm not happy about Natalie being shot by trigger happy Agathon. ;D I'm thinking Natalie's not so happy about it either. And the season one parallels continue, eh?

My exact words were, "Oh, SNAP!" ;D That was a very suspenseful last 10 minutes of the show. And the previews for the next ep looked pretty intense, too.

Hmmmmm. I'm not sure I like the way she said "I owe the people". I mean, I'm not sure she's entirely wrong in all her actions, but also I'm not sure I like what that means about how she sees her role. She's elected, so, um, yeah. She does answer to "the people". it seemed to fit in with her more general attitude about democracy this season. i think it really added to her paranoia, though. not that the dream coming back helped either. close, close!

Oooooh. Now Tigh knows that the boxed D'Annas can ID him/them, if they're unboxed. wasn't tory there, too? or am i getting scenes mixed up? the mood sure seemed heavy at the four's meeting this time, eh? has the actor done singing work in the past? he (assuming it's him singing) has a beautiful voice.

Is Gaeta singing meaningful? Do they think he's a cylon too? do you mean the four's meeting? i thought it was interesting, the other three seeming to be preoccupied with the possibility of discovery and sam seemed to not even have taken that in yet, jarringly talking instead about gaeta. to me he seemed to be carrying a heavy load of guilt in this episode. i felt really sorry for tory in this episode. and then when natalie came back and said that maybe their plotting showed they weren't ready, that maybe the final five were watching and waiting to judge whether they were worthy - whereas the humans seemed not to waver at all in their own plan. once again, this show is so good at showing moral complexity. it seemed like contempt to me, too. apollo seems to have settled in really well to his new job. maybe he can be the next president

Assuming one of them blows it, any bets on which one is the one to do so first? ;D I'm thinking it won't be Tory. Oddly, my money might actually be on Chief. yeah, i think chief is a good guess. i don't understand why he is still on galactica - what was his outburst for? why hasn't he transferred like he requested? i think it might be tigh, too. the two both seem ... not the most stable. both seem prone to sporadic arguably-irrational actions that they later regret, which seem like the kinds of things that would be most likely to out someone without d'anna there.

My exact words were, "Oh, SNAP!" ;D me either! when it happened i was sitting there thinking that i couldn't believe i'd forgotten she controls the ship and thus, could do something like that (especially if she could feel natalie getting shot around the moment she was reconnected - i can't remember just how connected [or not] the hybrid is to its ship's models). maybe roslin was thinking the same thing, except probably with more expletives. ;D it was! i'm looking forward to two weeks from tonight.

i thought it was so ironic that athena unknowingly asked one cylon (chief) to get hera to protect her from another (natalie).
