It's Nathan . . . What is it, Lassie? He's . . . in trouble. Ooooh! He moved the "off switch" at the back of his head? How would one do that, really? Because Nathan, and by Nathan I mean I, have a rendezvous with destiny. Oh, fun! He's gonna wreck this guys reputation and life! That? Is awesome!

Interesting that she can't change what she dreams. Oh, Claire. So, is she conning him, or is she being conned? I don't want Hiro's head to go boom! But oh, I do love seeing Danko roughed up and tossed in the box.

"I'll keep trying to kill you, the rest of my life." "Everybody needs a hobby." Ooooh! Nathan comes clean? Damn! "Today we're gonna course correct." Ha! Nicely put. Ah! That is one way Peter can fight Sylar, I forgot that. Touch him and get all the powers. Damn! Nathan's throat slit? Damn!

"You can either listen to me now, or I'll tell you after you shoot me." That was actually a cool moment. Whoa! Momma!P . . .. Ha!! It wasn't the President, it was Peter! Ha! Now that was a lovely plan, that was. Now, if only the drug really does hold Sylar down long enough.

Oh dear. Just how long do they think that Nathan's mind-trick is going to keep Sylar thinking he's Nathan? Haven't they learned that Sylar is just not controllable by any means?
And they didn't tell Claire that her supposed bio-Dad is really mind-tricked Sylar? That could turn out really badly.

Whoa. So, they're gonna make Sylar think he's Nathan, for permanent? And then use him/make him change things? Oy! Twisty! Also? Now I see the point of the whole "I am Sylar" ep. So, the only people who'll know the truth are momma!P, Matt and HRG? Oy! And now momma!P has to live with Sylar as her son . . . Oy!! "I've always been fond of 'the company'." Awwwwww. Next volume . . . Another of the clones - water!clone. "I haven't felt like myself lately."

Yeah, I know it sounds evil, but they should have used him to impersonate Nathan long enough to fix things and then, well, then killed him/burned his body for reals.
Sylar is going to be more than usually enraged when he regains his memories; and I imagine he'll kill Mama P. first.
I'm sad for Nathan, though. And another Tracy, how exciting - not .

G. I'm kinda wondering if it isn't the original Tracy; having the ability to freeze things could be an offshoot of a larger power over water, and we did see her wink just after her body shattered. I have to admit, I'm really quite intrigued by the Sylar-into-Nathan twist. Hopefully the writers will use the opportunity to explore the question of identity—is our "self" essentially a result of our collected memories, or is there an underlying something that makes us who we are—instead of just teasing us each week with the possibility that Sylar will reemerge. Although given how the past two seasons have gone, I tend to fear it'll be the latter option... I'd also be curious to see how deeply, if at all, being Nathan might impact Sylar's character if he does reemerge—will he still be a murdering sociopath, or will the time spent as Nathan have an influence on Sylar's subsequent behavior? Plus they'd written themselves into a real dead end with Sylar—establishing that he'd moved the kill spot in his head meant they had an all-powerful, invulnerable villain who could pretend to be anyone he wanted. Which doesn't make for a whole lot of drama overall. This is an interesting way to remove Sylar from the equation while still maintaining the option of bringing him back.

I meant to write stream of consciousness thoughts as I was watching the episode, but then I was paralyzed with not caring very much. Interesting that they had Matt give Sylar the Death of Personality. Except he made Sylar somebody very important to everybody rather than a nobody in the boondocks.
