I'm pleading temporary insanity. I bought this pin and these earrings. The earrings are easily converted to pierced; I may add some beads at the top, or not. I'll see when I have them in hand. Sometimes things just call you by your true name... Besides, I sorted two shelves of stuff in the lumber room, despite the dust, heat, and smelly soap that makes me sneeze (it was something Paul gave Marge, and it's returned to sender ). I'm heading out to the library, in hopes of snagging Jon Ronson's other book before somebody else thinks of it. Oh, I saw an ad for The Men Who Stare at Goats, the movie, last night, which ended "No Goats No Glory". Hee, I think I'm going to have to get off my backside and actually go to the theatre for this one. You must have bought the only ones they had in stock, as both are now listed as "sold out." Yes, they were vintage one-of-a-kind, so obviously I couldn't dither around too long. Back to work, there's picture and frame and poster hardware all over the kitchen table.

Um, I'll work on getting a new part started, but it may be a while, so continue with your yapping.

Dithering HAS been in the news a lot recently! Hmmm... Hmmmm... How to respond? ? Perhaps a little too harsh. ? No, I'm actually in a fairly good mood today. ? Whimsical, but not quite the right note. ? No, that'd be cruel and unusual punishment. For both of us. What to do, what to do? Of course. Can't go wrong with the classics.

The kind with no nice manners and bad breath, that snaps around one's ankles? Are you calling me a bitch, Ms Monnie? Think carefully before you answer that one... I'll go have lunch while I'm waiting. Anne, when I'm a bitch, I'm a World Class Bitch, thank you
