Thank you for all these great comments! I'm very pleased to hear that you could see where I was going with all of it. I was really wanting to portray Castiel's struggles with free will and learning how many of his brothers were betraying him and Dean and all of humanity and trying to figure out what path to choose for himself and trying to connect with Dean and figure out their relationship. The vid didn't turn out exactly like how I'd planned, but overall I'm fairly pleased with it. Um, actually, she was one of the weird fishes/worms that are trying to hurt him. And me including that scene is to show how he's getting sneakier and more sly and figuring out how to manipulate others to help himself and his cause. So, YOU FAILED. Ah yes, see, I had pretty much convinced myself that that fic was a part of my delusional fever-induced nightmares I was experiencing over the weekend. So no, it did not cure me, just made me see how delusional are the people who don't believe in Dean/Cas. Well - I am sorry to hear it did not cure you, because I'm not sure how I could make it much worse. Yes, I just went and watched it! He was adorable and hilarious. ;D

Now I have realised all my plants and zombies are on my laptop. The one for college. The one that's only supposed to have like Office and Inspiration on it. oops? so now I want it on my other computer, only copying it and using the same reg key doesn't work. boo. Downloads: when owning doesn't = owning. ... I'm actually thinking of giving them the money over again. Because fun. I played the online game until it told me I couldn't anymore without buying. It was fun! I loved how you really had to think about your strategy. I tried again with my brain in and now the game is installed on my desktop ... it's all started over again new, of course. ... if I was smart, I could poke the computer until it remembered my other game. I like the thinking and adding things up and how if you find a good trick it won't be a good trick in the next situation. also my brain is now so buzzy I went through my kitchen looking for %RDA and stuff to add up to see if I get enough whatevers. Also it is 4 in the morning and my attempt at going to sleep failed. #shrugs# fun game tho.

Speaking of Supernatural, my plans to write an abstract for that collection? Are going seriously awry. My brain seem incapable of coherent thought.
Sara: Zoinks! I'm glad you're OK...and for blood-free cookies.
Spring: I'm saving watching the video until I go to the coffee shop with wireless; this computer is being weird with YouTube.

He was so bright and fun - if he hadn't had to struggle so much with illness, I really think he could have done anything he wanted to do, with his life. But it was what it was, and I can't, and don't really want, to wish it different. Because I just wouldn't want to change who he was, even a tiny bit. This is hard, and it hurts so much, to have lost him - but - I was just so lucky, to have him for a son, and to have him in my life for so long. Sending you the S'cubie vibes! [/quote]

today so far: got woke up by the post lady who couldn't get the trade entrance button to work to open the door. She brought the script I sent to the BBC. They sent it back with a note that they only read the first ten pages. My first rejection letter! ... no, really, I'll work on a new one next year. Also I figured out how to get my Plants vs Zombies user file over to the desktop computer, so I've got that all set and deleted it off the college-and-work computer. Better. Next I reckon I'll go back to sleep. We still have snow. And we have a orange advisory on severe weather for tonight and tomorrow, ie more snow. I look forward to the days I can live like on Star Trek and have climate controlled buildings and a replicator and a teleport.

Monnie - I saw you posted your vid and I plan to watch it this afternoon when I have a minute. I sort of had a non-stop whirlwindy weekend and I didn't want to rush through it.
After all - it's Cas!!!!!!
Glad you're feeling better and my Rot-be-gone dance did the trick.

Star Cluster R136 Bursts Out Credit: NASA, ESA, & F. Paresce (INAF-IASF), R. O'Connell (U. Virginia), & the HST WFC3 Science Oversight Committee Explanation:[/b] In the center of star-forming region 30 Doradus lies a huge cluster of the largest, hottest, most massive stars known. These stars, known collectively as star cluster R136, were captured above in visible light by the newly installed Wide Field Camera peering though the recently refurbished Hubble Space Telescope. Gas and dust clouds in 30 Doradus, also known as the Tarantula Nebula, have been sculpted into elongated shapes by powerful winds and ultraviolet radiation from these hot cluster stars. The 30 Doradus Nebula lies within a neighboring galaxy known as the Large Magellanic Cloud and is located a mere 170,000 light-years away.

Relight the flame the cosmic way! Julia, off to Seattle at 11am today, barring open rebellion on the family front

OH: The Big Opening, report from the front lines:
While Avatar had nothing like the presales of New Moon, it's been a marathon slog for the poor unappreciated theater workers. This is because it's only being shown in three, at most, rooms: IMAX and the two 3D theaters. So there have been shows starting at 1:40 Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nght, and shifts ending at 4:30.
Julia, think of the poor young people in the matching polyester polo shirts when you make your plans, folks!
