Cordelia. Faith. Lilah. Does it get any better than that?
Welcome to week Three of the 2007 Sizzlin’ Episode Festival!!
And what was our Eighth most requested episode of Angel for 2007? Well, it's kinda what you wanted. I mean, deep down.
Salvage
She could have been turned. I'll take care of it.
You couldn't save me from me.
Angelus: I don't like having my strings yanked, and I don't like being kept in the dark... Figuratively, anyway.
Angel's gone, Faith. Angelus is back. Step away from the glass.
This is a slayer. Say hi to the nice Beast, Faith.
Aw, crap! You mean, killing the Beast really does bring back the sun? Got the DVD? Watch it! Got this ep taped? Watch it! Memories of this ep burned into your brain cells forever? Well, you’re a freak, but we love you anyway.
Want to refresh your memory? Read the episode here.

FAITH!!
This is one of those episodes in season 4 that seems to blur together with the others.
I love the reintroduction of a more stable, found her inner peace, Faith the Leader.
Great scene between Wesley and GhostLilah. Not sure I entirely understand it though.
Love Connor acting like an especially bratty teenager.

Yes!! The whole arc of the Beast and Angelus, up through Willow's resouling is like riding a roller coaster, for me. I get on and whoosh, the episodes fly by! And then you barely get a breath before we're plunging along the next curve of Jasmine (love the very creepy episode where Connor helps bring her forth by killing the woman and Darla tries to stop him!) and Connor and that fateful decision to take over W&H. I go back to what I think is a key line - when Lilah says: "Lover, I'm not even here. I'm just a figment in your devilishly handsome head. So, clearly, it's what you thought." I've debated for a while now with myself whether or not this really is just in his head or if we're seeing the actual perpetual contract!Lilah that will show up later. And recently, I've been leaning toward taking this line at face value. That this really is Wesley's feelings we're seeing, his own conflict and guilt. And Faith is soooooo able to smack that brat down, isn't she? And he likes it.
