Part IV
She's hiding on purpose
Blackmail again.
Dine and Ditch.
Walking punchline on a national scale. Actually... Nice. we never think that anyone else has been where we are now.
Who's Hallie? The dog walker?
Like Veronica
Walk of Shame.
Tazer to the rescue!
Who the hell is this?
Logan hired her a bodyguard?
Mee! Morty's the eyewitness!
Veronica and Logan argument gets to the bottom of it. Ouch.

Coda
Claire and Partice were best friends and pledges together and that's why Claire faked her rape?
Claire is from Neptune? Where and how is she living now?
She committed suicide?
Claire was one of the sources and Nish referenced about the shady dealings in the sorority house.
They only did it to the girls they thought needed "help." Ugh.
Patrice was legacy.
Permanent markers don't last weeks. And there are ways of getting them off.
So Patrice is still alive. OK.
Veronica's forgetting Parker's rape and the very least. Unless these girls made with the drugging and head shaving and other things to the other women, which is just horrible.
Stalker with a sad puppy dog face.

Ah, Dick. Ever reliable . . . "Poor Chip. You really wrecked 'em." Ouch! Painful puns. Ouch, indeed. And for the "VM for Dummies" version, closed captioning even spelled out the pun! leftylady

Well I see many here kind of trounced all over my opinions re Veronica and that's fine. I knew it would be unsympathetic.
I didn't include the Dean in my list Sue because I like him and I had specced it might be him in my lj in a get back at his slutty wife way. It could be him. I just never posted that here.
I disagree with many of your opinion's Rob re Veronica (though I always respect your intellect) because KB has unfortunately been given very little to work with this season, writing wise and her acting has been hit and miss. I enjoyed her acting this episode but when a girl who was raped is making rape jokes with Dick - the guy who helped facilitate her rape with Beaver - there is just a lot wrong.
I do think Rob Thomas is deliberating making Veronica unlikeable in an effort to deal with her issues. Too many characters have told Veronica what is wrong with her this season for it not to be intentional and have a goal. But I think it's counterproductive in a show where ratings are terrible to have such an unlikeable heroine.
But that's okay. I don't mind being on the outside here. We'll know the rapist after tonight thank goodness and can end this boring, unlikeable mystery arc. Gah have I hated this rape plotline.

Great review, Spring. I especially enjoyed the fictional fiction fiction breakdown. ;D Thanks, Liz. That whole Hearst kidnapping was an awful thing when it happened; using the really real Patty was quite an effective way of sending tendrils out into the real world - of poking around, anyhow.

I'm running way behind on reading much less commenting on reviews, but must say, Spring, this was worth the wait! You covered so many things that went right by me yet they were so so there and delightfully so when pointed them out. I guess it proves that when it comes to reviewers: the only really real Spring is really Spring. Looking forward to reading your "Show Me the Monkey" review which is still in my to-do pile. leftylady
