Brava, Fotada! (Hey, I rhymed.) I loved how you compared and contrasted, while bringing it all together with the metaphor of a game - halftime thru the game and how to "win". Perfect match for the ep title and theme! Loved the comparison's of Josh and Logan; Logan and Veronica; Veronica and Heather; Heather and Logan; etc. Who's wallowing? Who's quitting? Who's hiding their feelings under a facade of perky or busy activity? Not to mention reminding us to go back and compare Veronica's reactions to the earlier ep "Donut Run". Not only for the light it sheds on her reaction to the breakup with Logan (how does she really react to emotional pain versus when is she putting on an act) but then to show how it parallels helping Duncan evade the law and helping Josh do much the same. In each instance, she felt that the letter of the law would result in more harm than good and decided (for better or worse) to act outside of it. Excellently done, Fotada! Thank you, Lola!! I just love reading your reflections--you better summarized in a couple paragraphs what I took five pages to try to say. That's amazing! I found comparing Veronica in this ep to the way she reacted in Donut Run very helpful. Sometimes I have a hard time figuring out what she's thinking, and looking back to how she pretended to grieve was pretty enlightening.

That's diabolic, Spring, making Fotada click on the Buckeye logo to access her own review! roflmao Fotada, I haven't read your review yet because I'm still chuckling too hard at Spring's little ruse, but I promise to come back and comment as soon as I finish your always insightful thoughts. leftylady Spring is very cruel, isn't she?
