She's in her own home and with the woman who essentially raised her--of course she trusted her to walk 10 steps and put Nadia's things in her room. She has absolutely no reason not to. Unfortunately. Oh, I know. I'm just bitching is all. Uhoh!!! mmmm empenadas.... RICE? ew. She makes EVIL EMPENADAS too!!! "Liddell" heee... It explains a lot of the way the doctor was talking to him, and he was talking to the doc. Oh, this is creepy.

"Well, we can always have Weiss dress up as Irina"
NO it ISN'T!!! ("an alias like any other")
Oh, ew.
"if he starts to get innapropriate"
Wow, it's camazotz..
This is just creepy, too.
Wow, he almost sounds concerned for her safety and mental well-being.

"Double-folded titanium"?
Well, that cleaned up at least ONE loose end....
Good of him to promise that..
Well, at least we end it on an upbeat note.

So I don't know about anyone else, but I sat here trying not to cry throughout most of the scenes with Garner and Garber.

OK, now that I've watched the teaser way too damned close trying to figure out who y'all meant: which guy?

That was an extremely confusing episode. Creepy and confusing.
Okay - what has henchman guy been in that is driving me crazy? Cause he kept reminding me of one of the law students in Legally Blonde.
You know - I kind of forgot that Dixon was still undercover.
Okay - that whole big reveal with Jack hallucinating the dr. in the crack house - way, way creepy.
So did anyone else get the impression Sloane was thinking of breaking out the rambaldi juice when they were talking about Jack's illness?
And is he really suffering from radiation poisoning? Because I remember when the guy on 24 had it in season 2 and he was all kinds of messed up. Jack seems pretty intact - well not last week but did any of that happen? (the peeling skin that is)
I had a hard time watching the scenes with Sydney and Jack at the fake home. Especially after all the Duncan incest type stuff going on in VM. Squicky!!!
Although I did lose Spydaddy's character when he sat at the piano. It seemed to me that VG's musical theatre background came all shining out of him as he smiled a little and got into the music.

A week or so ago I posted asking if anyone remembered seeing Syd in a episode where she waitresses in a red wig, as I'd gotten an email from a man who was an extra in that sequence and wanted to know if it had aired yet. Obviously, last night was it.

I'm just going to give you an eensy bit of a hard time and note that I mentioned in my review of last week's ep that the henchman was indeed played by Oz Perkins, who also was the geeky law student Elle becomes friends with in Legally Blonde.

You know what Sara - did I miss your review last week? Or did I read that and not remember? I honestly have no recollection. My VL angst is causing my brain to drip out my ears I guess. But hey - I knew I'd seen him before because Kiersten has watched that DVD 5000 times. But well - oops!!!!!!

This week's Alias review is finally finished and online. Very enjoyable review, Sara. I look forward to reading them because they fill in the blanks for me. The moment of clarity that you mentioned, when we see Jack shooting up in the abandoned building was a real shocker! I'm anxious to see how this changes the dynamics between the characters. Lovely tribute to Patti at the end of your review. Thank you for that. {{Sara}}

This week's Alias review is finally finished and online. You know... I always forget to come back and here and comment on your reviews. I do always read 'em since reading them was a habit before you even joined us here at S3 and I always enjoy them ... but you say all the good stuff and way more than I could think of so all I'd be doing is, "Uh huh... what Sara said." Anyway - wanted to come thank you for the lovely review. I agree with you on the return to SpyDaddy and Syd. I miss their relationship. Overall I'm feeling very unsatisifed this year. I still enjoy the individual episodes but I miss the group dynamic and the relationships between the people. And, I always enjoy Syd being reminded of what her mother did (not that I like to cause Syd pain but I like that she sees the reasons behind the change in her father). Hmm, I got interrupted by co-workers and now have a meeting to attend. Dang it! I had more to say but I'm forgetting what and don't have the time to think about it now. Work is always getting in the way!
