Again, lots of favourites have already been cited, but I must add to them the final sequence of Tabula Rasa. First there's the moment when the crystal is broken, and Tara, Dawn and Xander all stare wordlessly at Willow. Then, to the Michelle Branch accompaniment (and I don't even particularly like her, but the whole scene is heartbreaking), but entirely without dialogue, we see the Scoobies imploding: Tara packing and leaving; Willow just sitting and weeping; Giles on the plane; Buffy at the bar of the Bronze, joined by a tentatively hopeful, then disappointed Spike; their final kiss. The sense of lonely, desperate anguish is brilliantly conveyed.

Dunno if anyone's done this one, but:
The ripping of the photo of Joyce just after Buffy says "mommy" and runs for the door.
For that matter, the shadow of Joyce on the window behind the sisters.

Most people have said the one's I'd've picked, but one of my favorites is this:
In Crush, after Buffy says, "The only chance you had with me was when I was unconscious," the look on Spike's face kills me every time. Even though there are not enough words to describe how wrong his actions were, the pain and the half-said, "What?" gave me that one instant of sympathy.

Ahhhhhhh! I suggested this idea, and now most of my fave's have already been mentioned at least once. Oops. 'S what I get for staying away so long.
The way Buffy looks at Spike at the end of Showtime and his reaction.
Willow going up on her lines in a s1 ep (with the talent show) and wordlessly running off stage, leaving Buffy and Xander holding the bag. - I think this one gets to me 'cuz I've done some theater. Hard to say what's worse, being the one who goes up on her lines, or trying to cover for someone else.
He's talking at the time, but I've always loved the hand gesture Spike makes in Lovers Walk when he says "...it makes me want to heave."
Spike making faces behind Joyce in Lovers Walk. He just loves to yank Angel's chain.
Spike clenching his hands in LMPTM. Oh yeah, he's real calm.

Came up with some new ones, so, new post.
The identical expressions of disgust directed at Anya (of course) by Willow and her evil twin in Doppelgangland.
Spike's slo-mo fight scene in Primeval.
Spike's oh-so-dramatic poses from Giles' dream in Restless.
