LOLOLOLOL, pretty funny review, although I didn't agree with some of it. ;D The comments had some pretty good gifs, too. I've been on a gif finding binge lately.

And you just know Betty purposely waited around to "casually" bump into Don! She probably even brought the box of stuff with her as a prop. And I think her "Things aren't perfect" line was really referring to her relationship with Henry, not the new house. She was trying to hint to Don that she was open to rekindling their relationship. But then Don is all, "I'm engaged," and she bucks up and realizes that won't happen. I can hardly wait for next season!! Nice recap, Lola. Excellent analysis re business and personal, Michelle. And -- it is Betty's "fault" that Don got engaged: if she hadn't fired the Nanny, etc.

Pete! "Wouldn't it be fun?" And Roger is all "doesn't that sound like fun". HA!!! Whoa. Ken Cosgrove, man of principal. Who knew? Ken: "She's my life. My actual life." I loved that. A theme of this ep was how work life and personal life can overlap and merge, sometimes in good ways, sometimes bad. Ken is the only one who put his foot down and said, no, I want to keep my personal life separate from my work life. Good for him! Again with the business/personal overlap. Carla was Betty's employee, but really she was the one raising her children, and as Henry pointed out, the one consistent thing in the kids' lives. Betty, you are such a spoiled brat, and I think you're going to regret getting rid of Carla. She was awesome. Peggy's friendship with Joyce (personal) led to success at work (business). It seemed like both Joyce and Harry were hitting on that model. He hired Megan as a nanny (business) with the benefit of hooking up with her again (personal). Oh, Don, indeed! Again, business (closing on Anna's house) mixed with the personal. ;D ;D ;D *nods* I think so. Dr. Faye knew him a little *too* well for his comfort, so he had to run from her into the arms of a idealistic 25 year old. I loved that! And again, it mixed the business with the personal. She was helping to save the company by personalizing how and why she wears Topaz panty hose. That was a great moment! The kids are going to be so angry at Don when he ultimately leaves Megan. Because the kids are going to love her, and she'll love the kids, but I don't see Don and Megan working out, ultimately. Heeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!! Awk-WARD! Is Megan a secretary at SCDP or is she the fiancee of the D in SCDP?? My absolute FAVORITE scene!! I literally LOL'ed. I grew to like Dr. Faye. I hope we see her again at some point. *fist pump* I was right!! Whoo hoo. Of course I was wrong about Lane staying in England. Thank goodness I was wrong about that-- I like hm! I can hardly wait for next season!! on the clever catch of business and personal collision!! We're getting shades of "Man in the Gray Flannel Suit" again!!

Directed by Jon Hamm! Awesome! Megan is not as smooth as Betty was w/client schmoozing. Then again, Betty isn't as smooth as she used to be. Get The Stones for Heintz? AH HA HA HA HA! "At my age, I don't have to please men anymore." So, Henry's mom is gonna get Betty turned on to uppers, isn't she? "Mohawk is gonna insist on a regular copywriter." "Someone with a penis." "I'll work on that." Damn!! Betty!!! No Henry, so she calls Don. Ah, damn - he calls her Birdie. Michael Ginsberg. Snappy suit, Michael! "Can you hire me?" "I'm the person you need to impress right now." He's not smooth, but he's good, so will she hire him? "I have no interests, no hobbies, no friends. I will live here!" "You're like everyone else." HA! Betty worrying that her kids will never hear a nice word about her again. :-( Working with a Jew makes them more modern. Oy! Well, it's true, I guess. "At least this one we're hiring on purpose." "Old darkest before the dawn over there." That's Roger. Awful and witty at the same time. I love how slightly smugly smooth Don is as he declines the pot. Yay! Bewitched reference FTW! Love how Don admires the girl who finagled her way into the backstage area. **smirk** What do you feel when you hear them? He's not a psychiatrist, he's an ad man! Oh, Harry. Always the loser, always the schmuck. "We should do this again." Go to Fire Island, Don. Unclench a bit! And give Megan some benefit of the doubt about dealing with life stuff. "Turns out we both have a dream of throwing something out this window." HA! Benign! Yay, Betty!! She looks like she's gonna pass out. Listen to Henry, Betty - this is a good thing! Oh, snap. Pete and Roger come to a boil. "You know, I used to love that kid. I would hold his hand and help him up on the swingset." Even wallowing in angst, Roger still has the best zingers. That would solve everything. Damn, Roger. Even for you, that's cold. Roger. This is normal now.

Awkward elevator moment is awkward. "How many times is this gonna happen?" He slept with everyone, Megan, haven't you figured this out yet? Pictures from Speck's killing of nurses? Damn. I have to admit, I like the new guys disgusted reaction. Joan's husband is back? And I have to agree with her - he should see his son. 'Course, she's thinking that because it's not really his son, but still. The concept is still right ... OMG, Sally, like, totally sounds like a teenager already! "I'm on vacation!" **petulant pout** Heee! I like the banter with the new guy. "It could be TB." Damn, Joan, you're looking so very very very pretty .... Ahem. Sweet scene with him holding the baby and then they're all "yeah, leave and take your time getting back". Interesting. I agree with both Megan (you are right to be wondering about how Don's past behavior might reflect on future behavior) and Don (why should she be embarassed about what he's done). Dr. Joan-husband has to go back for another year. Complications! Clients loving the new pitch and yet new guy finds a way to also pitch the "too dark" Cinderella thing. In that instant, he's being very "Don", with the meaningful voice and the pauses. Don, of course, hates it when someone else goes rogue like he used to do. Three episodes in and I'm still surprised every time Don does exactly what Megan tells him to do. Oh, Roger. How the used-to-think-he-was-mighty has fallen. All he can do lately is throw money at problems. And now Peggy is gonna end up creating the campaign that she was tossed off of either. "The work is ten dollars, the lie is extra." HA!! "Do you want me to take your watch?" "Take the service elevator." "It was just sex, it doesn't mean anything." What a very different Don reaction! And how surprising that the last line wasn't his. Being kicked across the room for nothing - valuable advice? Damn! I love the WTF look Sally is giving her. I love how Joan stands up for Greg .... aaaand then the truth comes out - he volunteered. I'm actually not that surprised - he's found a place where he is needed and valued and useful. Oh, and what a wonderful evil bit of call-back with her mom saying "you know, Joannie plays the accordian". Dawn is sleeping in the office, isn't she? Yep! And Peggy invites her to her place instead. Is this a fever-dream of Don's? It doesn't seem very real to me .... This running theme of Speck is very effective. Scary effective, actually. Tipsy and confidence-sharing Peggy is totes adorable! "Do you want to be a copywriter?" She wants to be a mentor! WTH scary babysitter storytelling with a knife and handing out seconal, W.T.F!!! Nicely done, with staring at the purse and Dawn knows and she knows Dawn knows and so on and so on. Um, I'm really really hoping this is a fever dream of Don's 'cuz this is messed up, yo!! Really really messed up. Psycho messed up. Sally sleeping under the couch like the nurse under the bed like the woman Don strangled under the bed (hopefully not really - 'cuz, damn that was messed up!). "They need me." "Well then it works out, because we don't." "I'm very important there." (The real reason for it all, I'm thinking) "You're not a good man. You never were, even before we were married and you know what I'm talking about." Oh, snap! Never thought we'd hear that from Joan! That was one hell of a bumpy night for everyone. Damn!!!!! Damn, what a pick for an ending song.

Just part way thru the ep with Betty. Man, she must have been VERY pregnant at that point. Unlike some women (Alyson Hannigan for example) JJ has gained weight all over (I was like that) and even her face is so very very puffy.
Was on one site and fans were commmenting on how badly done the "fat suit" was. Ha! Yes, folks REAL pregnancy is way less attractive than just strapping on one of those fake bellies. (Although I also have friends who did truly look as if they had just shoved a beach ball under their shirt -- with no gain in face, arms, fingers, feet, etc. Ah, genetics.

Pete continues on his journey of becoming what Don used to be in oh so many ways ... He's certainly pretending to have a very very good time. Did you spot some possible shenanagins, Peggy? Or are you just cranky to be excluded. Joan's back!!! Yay!! (Love Don doodling a little noose. ;D ) Interesting viewpoints on the possible new client - money or prestige and "it's a car!!" Ha! Love Megan and her "you call her". I love how she just doesn't get pushed around. Aha! I was right about shenanegins! (Sorta.) A possible book deal. Cool - I always liked Ken, in an odd way. He's just so ... not involved in all the ad agency push-push. Awesome! We finally get to see the skills that Roger actually has. The art of milking a client. And Trudy rolls right over Don too. This is the best thing EVAH! ;D "Things seem so random .... time is speeding up." That's basically just growing up, regardless of the era. Heeee! Don does really crack me up sometimes. "Timing this for when we arrive. Planning to hit the doorbell with my chin." HA! OMG, I love the giant long stereo!! We had one of those and I loved it too!!! And Megan got Don into a sport coat! **is actually rather stunned** "Another lifetime." "Well, at least for me." Oh, good one, Don. Bazinga! Pete totally looks like someone from How to Succeed in Business W/O Really Trying. This dinner party is interesting ... we're getting a bit more revealed about each person than one might expect. Which is probably part of why Don doesn't like to go to things like this. Oh, man, all the women getting up to clear the table as the men sit. Makes me think of family get togethers when I was a kid. 'Cuz we didn't do that in our house (everyone cleared their own plate) and dad always made the rest of the men nervous just by doing that while they all headed out to the living room. "Come in here and watch the game" they'd always yell to him and he'd be totally calm and all "oh, I'll be there in a sec, just gotta rinse my plate". Don's gonna fix the sink and once again be the guy that Pete is becoming. To applause. That Pete is not totally happy about. Hmmm. Pull over and make a baby? "Hey, Heathcliffe, how was your date?" Ha! Snarky Roger. And I think that Lane was right, though, that excessive wooing isn't really needed. Gonna bag a young girl to complete your Don-ization, Pete? Or are you just looking at this teen flirting and rbeing nostalgic and realizing it's not for you? In other words, being smarter than Don. "You know I have every intention of giving you this business." But he wants to have fun. Roger's opportunity to shine ... by getting the guy some sex. Of course. Because that is Roger's other skill-set. "Come on Don, work work work." Hmmmm. Pete goes off with a girl and Don .... doesn't? "You're my king." I find Pete's simple "no" to each of her offers fascinating. Whoa. Don is just so up front with his "I grew up in a place like this". But I love how he and the madam move into equal territory. Pete, this is your own guilt and Don jealousy coming out here. Don really wasn't giving you any grief or saying anything to you. There are your own issues, Pete. Own them! Love how Don knows Roger is deeply unhappy. Ken's gonna quit, isn't he? "You don't stop a war before an election." Oh, burn. Oh, this scene between Lane and Pete is going down a bad bad road. "I know cooler heads should prevail, but am I the only one who wants to see this." And then Joan and Peggy listening in. "Reschedule the meeting." Sweet scene between Lane and Joan. And then, not so much. And then back to sweet again. "Everyone in this office has wanted to do that to Pete Campbell." Oh, Ken! Don't give up on the writing! Or, rather, tell everyone you are and just come up with a new pen name and don't share what you're doing this time. Damn, now I'm feeling sorry for Pete.

Peggy sounds like Abe's dad. Interesting word choices he's using. "Most men wouldn't even have this conversation." Hmmm. Megan knows her odd position in the company is making problems. Bad omens for Peggy ... and then off to a pitch of college students eating around a campfire ... "Kids have memories. And so do the homemakers who make a home with Heinz." This client is really a rather frustrating mix of uncertainty and passive-aggressiveness. Damn! Peggy tries to pull a Don - yelling at the client. And she almost gets to him, which is interesting. Does he want someone to push him? I think he does, just not a woman. Off the business. Damn. So she goes to a movie to get high and assert some control over a guy there. What's with Don asking about calls? What's going on? Found in a Swedish orphanage. "Stay where you are." Awwww, I don't like seeing Peggy sad. "I remember twins. And a hospital." Oh, snap, Don! Roger, you are sooooo unhappy. And I love your wife's jewelry and what not. Kicky! You're assuming if something is true it's good. Ah, an LSD party. Roger on hallucinogenics? OMG, that has magnificent disaster written all over it! "You always say I never take you anywhere." "I find your product boring." And then Russian music in the vodka bottle. HA! "I don't want to die." "Some party." He sees Don as his acid guide? THAT is interesting as hell! These two are HI-larious on drugs. I mean, seriously seriously fucking funny! "So, what was wrong?" "You don't like me." "I did." Awwwwww. They are actually kinda sweet on LSD, too. I mean, sad too. Sweet-sad. She doesn't remember any of this, Roger. "It's going to be very expensive." This ep is all about the sadness. And the changing fashions. Ooooh, it's a follow-the-different stories Rashomon thing!! Fun! Why is this car ride of Don and Megan scaring me? I'm getting an odd feeling of impending doom. "It's not a destination. It's on the way to someplace." Fight fight fight fight fight! Ooooooh, Megan knows she went over the line with the mother bit. Don's solution to things is always to run away. You should know this, Megan, he just took you along last time. Oh, Don. This is not good. And now we see why Don called all panic-like before. Nice bit of acting, that look of relief when he finds the chain on the door. Damn. That was not sexual fun hijinx. That was real chasing and grabbing. And now they're on the floor, like Roger and Jane were ... Damn, they look wrecked. "A client left here unhappy yesterday." Bert reads Don a riot act. Will Don put up with it? Bert's not wrong, really. "This is my business." Gonna be a beautiful day. Whew!! What a tense dramatic ep!!

The return of Pete's train buddy .... and a mention of suicide and insurance. OMG, that sounded like an ad for Axe bodyspray! AH HA HA HA HA! Heee! Pete asking if the skis explode? Awesome! Don's increasingly out of touch, Megan is resented by the guys, Peggy continues to work late... Ooooooh, Megan is lying about meeting Don? Is she stepping out on him? Is that why we're getting the parallel story with Pete and the wife of the cheating insurance guy? Pizza House! Megan wearing a different dress? Aha! Is it sauce for the goose time? Awkward elevator ride is awkward. Hmmm. Does she really want to be an actress? Does she really want to do anything? "You're taking up a spot and you don't even want do it?!" "You didn't. I caught you." Oh, snap! The Don and Megan adorable act. So sweet your teeth hurt. Pete and Harry! HA! They're like a comedy act. ;D Pete - give it up, dude. Just let her go. Felt better failing at acting than succeeding at advertising. It'll never be for me what it is for you. This is a genuine conversation between them - excellent! Boy, each walk of Don and Megan into the office just speaks VOLUMES!! "Do they always give you clothes or do you have to bring your own?" AH HA HA HA HA! OMG, Gizmo, you wacky dude! "It's not the way it's supposed to be!" Pete at his pouty best. "is Trudy pregnant again?" "I like the pictures of the earth! I find them magestic!" HA! I love the Pete and Harry show. Elevator freakiness! Someone is falling to their death this season, I can tell. Tell em Megan's sick. Peggy'll do it. Sure, Don, just swap out one woman for the other - no biggie. Oooooh, bitchy Joan's claws come out. But Peggy doesn't appreciate it, I'm thinking. Going along to the insurance guy's house? Bad idea!! Bad ideas all round, Pete!!! OMG, so awkward and painful! Ouch ouch ouch! CompanyDad and CompanyMom, don't fight in front of the ClientKids! Psychadelic closing scenes ... excellent ending!

Everyone is positioning for power and to prove they are still meaningful and useful. Even Don is wondering if he's relevant. And Joan, of course, is trying to give him perspective. But she's stressing his patriarchness, not his own creativity - which is not what he wants. "Jane and I are getting divorced!" **looks at watch** "Already?" And Betty is doing her own "am I still in the competition" posing. Awkward much? Heeee! Don fails. In front of his team. Oh, Don, you are sooo not with it anymore. "She's a cook and she's in love." "She's insane. She needs a drink." ;D ;D ;D Are they rehearsing Dark Shadows audition material? And Megan is starting to get crap from her fellow poorer acting friends. I like the semi-consciousness raising vibe at the weight watchers meeting. Have I mentioned how I love Roger's office? And Roger's post-LSD-ness. "Can you keep a secret?" "Nope." HA! "They make wine for Jews. And now they're making one they want to sell to normal people." Oh, Roger. Always so very very Roger. "When a man hates another man, very very much." Love this conversation with Betty and hubby in the kitchen. "I know I didn't promise to remarry right away just to save you alimony." Interesting that she knows to be jealous of Joan. Um. Is this a dream of Pete's? Yep. 'Cuz there is no way she'd have come to his office and so on. Oh. My. GOD - Betty is telling Sally about Don's 'first wife'? Damn! She's getting hardcore! You should read the rest of that poem. **snicker** Oh, Sally, you can be such a brat sometimes. Gizmo and Peggy - so alike, in some ways. Yeah, the agency is not exactly a hot property. A grown-up would apologize. Oh, snap! "I'm not an airplane, either." Oh, the "not loyal" zing - that means it really got to Peggy. Loyalty is her hot button. Ah, the wacky Draper clan. Sally knows exactly what she's saying in that little conversation with Betty in the kitchen. Damn, Roger - you're kinda smooth at this. And you didn't take credit for the kid's ideas. I'm impressed. Unlike Don, who ditched the kid's idea, but still got the client. **snicker** Oh, Pete. Taking the opportunity to say it right to his face. "I guess I'm lucky you work for me." Bazinga! I really love Jane's make-up. Roger and Jane - more honest than any of the other couples? Various Thanksgivings. Two houses, really big, and a new sled! Go, Bobby! Toxic air and envy of everyone else! Woot!

Lane is having tax troubles? Bummer! Hmmm. Is Lane gonna get this new company money and do some ... creative bookkeeping? Tsk tsk! "Lot of work." "Yes, you may been to stay back 5:30." Oh, snap. OMG!!! Paul's a Hare Krishna?!! That is just so perfect! Oh, wow!! Lane is having them give out "bonuses" to them all? And then it doesn't work the way he wants to. AH HA HA HA HA!! The Roger and Joan show - always entertaining. And I like that we get confirmation that Roger knows about the baby and has been trying to give Joan money. Gosh, Don didn't enjoy the TV ad vomit play? Color me shocked! "The might theater punches the audience in the face with its subtle message." Heee! (Love Megan's red dress!) Awwww, poor Paul. Not happy anywhere. Just always stuck being ... Paul. There goes Lane, taking his early bonus. Forging it, no less! Pete so desperately wants his Jaguar business to be loved. He wants to be admired and praised. And, well, he should be appreciated more, but I know why he's not - he's just too obvious about it. Joan served with divorce papers. Whoa! That was an awesome scene! And Don just sails in and is so perfect! "We got tired of waiting for a cab and thought we'd buy a car." Love the scene in the bar. Hmmmm. And now Lakshmi is here to give her side of the story. Ooops! I mean, Lakshmi is here to do it, doggy style on the desk, with Harry? W.T.F.!? Don and Joan - shoring up each other's self esteem. And being adorable doing it! Don't drive drunk and disappointed, Don! Lakshmi was "doing it for the movement"? Um. Yeah. "He's our best recruiter. He really can close." Ooooh, cranky Megan! And not sexy-cranky Megan. Angry-cranky Megan. "Do you want any cheese?" Oh, Lane! The house of lies cards you are building? Gonna come a'tumblin' soon! He was firmly discouraging in every way, except for the writing .... More house of lie cards!! Oh, Harry. Trying so hard to "save" Paul. "This failure. This life. It'll all seem like it happened to someone else." HA! Roger translates. "You're all getting bonuses and we're not." Yay! A Don speech to live down the ages!! Way to inspire the troops! Don's back and kickin' butt!

Salesmen can use mistress, but they don't want it in the ad campaign. Oy! Peggy literally on the outside looking in at the luxe life. OY! HOLY CRAP! Is Pete actually thinking of pimping out Joan? Does he WANT to be killed? "Well, I was gonna watch Carson and cry myself to sleep." Ah ha ha ha ha ha ha! I love Megan's "oh I get it". "I don't remember any of them." I love you, Joan. Pete does weasel so very very well. Prostitution. Business. Yeah, they're both the same. And you SO can't afford her. "I hope I haven't insulted you." AH HA HA HAHA!! Love seeing Peggy succeeding - coming up with a great idea, right off the top of her head! And the guy's realizing how amazing she is! Yay! Pete, I think you're gonna fail with these guys. "You should be thanking me." Don just puts his foot down. Lane is horrified but then say's he'll "look into it". Bert just goes along. And OMG, Roger is all "I won't object but I won't pay for it"?? WTF! I cannot believe these guys are actually gonna do this to Joan. How low do you have to sink to make Don your moral superior? And now Don's taking out his anger on Peggy. And Peggy takes our hers on Ken. Damn. "You're all in there talking about it?!?" Oh, Joan. Just go to town on all their asses! Oooooh, Megan all strong and take charge! I like! And then her buddy is crawling on the table. Oh-kay. Why so sour, Ginsberg? What the hell difference is it to you if Megan is there or not? Joan and her mom are such an interesting and toxic relationship. Don - Megan isn't Betty. Deal with it! I love how Lane let Joan know what to shoot for. And that she just puts her cards on the table. "Which one is he?" "He's not bad." "He's doing this." Oh, Ginsberg. Coming in with your understanding of the asshole that want's to own one. And then the tagline of finally being able to own that beautiful woman you couldn't get that unatainable thing. Is Peggy really gonna leave? Will she listen to Freddy? The way he was grabbing his stuff, I wondered if Don was also gonna quit! Oh, Don. Oh, Joan!! "What behavior would we forgive?" OMG!! And then, "Come have a drink" - "Maybe later". THIS IS BRUTAL! Peggy finally getting appreciation for her writing - YAY! "What do you want to get paid?" Whoa! Is she really making the jump? Yay, Peggy! Listen to Megan, Don! She just wants the same support from you that she gives you - what you each want is important! All the partners in the office ... and now that includes Joan. Oh My God - the look on Don's face as he realizes that Peggy is serious. He's trying so hard to look OK and fine and happy and this is KILLING him! "Don't be a stranger." OH MY GOD! This is so wonderful and terrible and awesome!

Love seeing Joan as partner - and find it hilarious that she's also puppetmastering the new meeting secretary. Hmmm. More new business coming in ... are things turning around for their "little" agency? Or about to all come crashing down? Interesting that Don doesn't rat out Lane. At least not right away. Damn, this confrontation between Don and Lane is is horribly awkward and uncomfortable and ... I just want Don to fix things for Lane! Fix it, Don!! And really, Lane you should just have come to the partners and asked for the money. I think the camel-back-breaking straw was Lane dragging Don into it by forging his name. "I've started over a lot. This is the worst part." Don's snapping with the whole thing. Are we on the verge of him moving on to the next thing? Like Peggy? Like Lane? Like, maybe Ken? Like he used to do? "I don't want to be a partner. I've seen what's involved." And he wants Pete frozen out. OH SNAP, Ken! Roger got you the meeting, Don - now SEIZE the moment, dude! Sally acts more stable with Megan because she wants to be her. Megan and Sally are closer together in their interests than Megan and Don - sometimes. ;-) Ah, Lane trying to kill himself, yes we could see that coming. OMG, and the car, the lousy Jaguar won't start. Oh, Lane. That is just your life in a nutshell, isn't it? Sally inviting Glenn over? Hmmmm. "What happened to your enlightenment." "I dunno. Wore off." HA! Sally's wearing the boots of fatherly dislike. **snerk** I like how her and Glenn are always matchingly awkward and blunt with each other . Oh! First period for Sally! "You're not happy. You don't want most of it, you want all of it. And I won't stop until I get it!" Whoa! Fierce!Don is ... kinda awesome, actually. Awwwww! Sally wanted her mom. That's really a sweet scene with them together. "I think something's terribly wrong in Mr. Pryce's office." Damn. He killed himself in there, didn't he? Damn. Hanged. Just like Don's brother. Oh, Glenn. You're just like Holden Caulfield, aren't you? Then again, it's a good question. Why does everything turn out crappy? Oh! Letting him drive the car! Oh, Don. Sometimes you're just ... so very cool. Don viewing Megan's reel ... as if he's nostalgic for what he actually has right now. And they get the big new offices and Megan gets the part and Don strolls off and damn they are giving us some excellent visuals in this ep. Heeee! Just after I type that, Peggy is looking at two dogs humping outside her window and Roger is nakedly glorifying in life. HA!! Excellent! Excellent! Are you alone, Don?

Secrets, tooth pain and uncomfortable adulterous encounters! It's Mad Men time! Whoa! Adam? Or hallucination? "The client didn't like and we did. Isn't that how we know it's good?" HA! Will Pete meet her or hold his ground? Peggy! Yay!! Good financial news? Or do they just not know the full extent of what was going on with Lane? And Joan is stepping into Lane's role of "person that actually wants to talk business and so everyone else is cranky and mean about it". Oy! Pete's affair-woman has psychological issues. Are we surprised? "She's so elegant and encouraging." "I guess so ..." It's all perception. And we all have different viewpoints. Actor friend coming to Megan for favors - put in a good word with Don. Hmmmm. "Let's go to Los Angeles. I've been there. It's filled with sunshine." Ah ha ha ha ha!! Now Megan is taking the commercial idea herself? Kinda dissing your friend there. OMG, the hang-up is Roger?! Oh, Joan. Don't take this on yourself. Ah, the classic problem with people. Nice to the outside world, harsher on those close to you. Don made that decision himself, not the partners, yes? "You had no right to fill a man like that with ambition." Whoa. She really might be the best match of all for Roger ... Well, except she would never want more than just this. Go to the dentist, Don. And sober up/pull yourself up, Megan. "I lost my job when I died." HA! I can't help it, Don's hallucinations are the best. THE BEST! And now he's been given a prescription? Hijinxs ahoy! Awww. The hospital scene? Sad-sweet. Peggy!! "That's what happens when you help someone. They succeed and move on." "Don't you want them to?" "I'm proud of you. I just didn't know it would be without me." Nice scene! Nice scene between Don and Peggy. And, holy crap, Pete gets beat up again. Twice. "I'm president of the Howdy Doody circus club!"
