You know when someone keeps saying you're a very brave girl that they know you're in for a lot of pain. Julia, and a patented Hepcat oopsie at the chapter's end It's possible that I need to be awake when I post things...

Ashes a soft spot for lost souls; at least one of them has relatively simple problems with achievable solutions. Julia, there comes a moment when you realize that, in this group, you are the sane and strong one, and then you freak out

Lori's started a new 3 or 4 part Deep Ellum story for Heronpose's birthday: Go Back Three Squares. Giles/Anya, of course. Julia, and a very good thing, as always Things go from bad to worse, as is the way of second chapters, and do it with infinite elegant style, as is Lori's genius. Julia, poor Giles, though!

Xander is clever and audacious which is a darned good thing, because Wesley is beset by )personal and metaphorical, so far) demons. Julia, and guilt, hoo, boy, the guilt

Well, that's one question answered, but reasonable people might assume that there are plenty left. Julia, not that anything about this is even a little reasonable

Well, that's one question answered, but reasonable people might assume that there are plenty left. Julia, not that anything about this is even a little reasonable When a man of the CoW talks about effort and hope you can pretty much count on the meaning being perverted beyond recognition. JUlia, decadent institutions, et'c.

Ashes, part 17, epilogue and all I can say is that it's a good thing for the world that Angel didn't get staked in canon, is all I can say. Julia, argh, and will someone else please write a permanent rec, if they want to? Modified by Onj to fix broken link.

Nwhepcat has started a followup story to "How Tantor and Tarzan Became Friends." nwhepcat.livejournal.com/932757.html#cutid1starts out with Wes in a bad way, but she promises not so much angst as the one she just finished (which left Wes in a REALLY bad way). Also---life is a little brighter when I can get my daily morning dose of nwhepcat every morning with my coffee.

Thanks for picking that up; I got sidetracked Friday between reading it and starting a thread, and then the board was difficult to access, and then, uh, I forgot. Glad someone else is more efficient. Julia, not-writing is sort of global
