The host has a definite ideology that she tries to convey (clearly she would view me as a barbarian for my animal consuming and using proclivities) and overgeneralizes and oversimplifies at times, but getting around that, she provides a lot of useful information about what's wrong with conventional agriculture and agribusiness as well as information about new foods and dishes to try.
