Part IV
So the comics are Isaac's, published posthumously.
Bike messenger has Isaac's sketchbook with one final story.
The importance of having powers. Obligation to the world.
Mohinder and Daddy Petrelli. Mohinder has no where else to go. And he gets to continue contemplating how much of a dumbass he was
Elle and Sylar. Which Hiro dropped off on a romantic beach. How nice of him.
And Elle and Sylar get back to what they were doing before they were so rudely interrupted.
Now Sylar decides that he's evil again. I wish I still cared, but Sylar's storyline is so fucked up at this point. I have a sneaking suspicion that the writers did this just because everyone complained about Sylar going good so they changed him back and now his storyline makes even less sense than it did before.
Claire's origin story. Which I suppose they'll devote a portion of the next episode too.

i'm having some trouble buying that mr. bennet is out for blood and just assuming claire will be fine. i guess it's in keeping with his character, but it seems thin to me. it seems to me like he'd make sure she was all right and THEN go for blood, but i guess maybe he's thinking they'll have vanished by then if he waits... Maybe he knows something the rest of us don't. I dunno. I also think that he's really angry at himself and taking it out on Sylar, who he had a hand in creating. I don't think he was thinking rationally.

maybe the goo will make momo sane again like power-stripping did for peter. well, we can always hope. It might make him sane, but it can't fix the underlyng stupid, sadly enough. Sad, but true.

Oh, momma Bennett! Don't hide the fact that she's alive! That'll just cause more trouble. Instead, you should be all "holy crap, she's alive, how could you declare her dead, I may sue, blah blah blah". See if you can bluff your way thru some of it. Um. When did Peter become all gun-guy? Also? Would it really work to just say "stop firing" to people that you've been trying to kill? Wouldn't they just kill you? Oh. The poor poor Haitian. (Damn it, can't they give him a name!!?!!) Having to do that to his brother. But what choice did he have? He had to stop him. That bothered me at first, but then I started drinking heavily and everything was OK.

i love how momo says "it's me, mohinder!" as if that would make someone more likely to open the door instead of less.

Okay, I'm really not getting why Sylar felt he had to kill Elle—especially when he already had her ability. It just makes no sense. More so than usual, I mean. Um... because he can? Other than that, I've got nothing.

A convention legend? Bequeathed his notebook to a humble bike messenger!? Hmmmmm. Is Nathan going the wrong way for the right reasons? Or is this supposed to mean the way might be sort of right? Or is Nathan just being his usual slightly idiotic self? PappaP says what the eclipse showed them, only he doesn't get what it showed him, does he? And daddyHRG seems to have successfully sown a few doubts in Elle and Sylar. "Nobody ever really changes." Ah. And here he goes cycling back again. EvilSylar returns. Next week - drama drama drama! Drama llama! The sad thing is I remembered the exact scene he was referring to... This was an actual scene on the show?

just to prove he's eeeeee-vil! Something else occurred to me last night: when Sylar tried to get into Elle's brain earlier this season, she freaked so much she shorted out the controls to all the Level 5 prisons. Yet this time she didn't react with her power at all? Really?

One other quick thing: I laughed out loud when Daphne said she'd named her scarecrow Ray, as Ray Bolger played the Scarecrow in The Wizard of Oz. Oh, neat.

Yet this time she didn't react with her power at all? Really? I think we're supposed to believe she was so conflicted and still confused about her feelings for him that she was taken by surprise. I'm not sure if I'm totally on board with that, but I could make a sort of argument that it would work long enough for him to paralyze her and also that he had more understanding of her power and how to circumvent it since he learned from her.

Teaser Running, running, running. Not having superpowers doesn't mean you're powerless. Um, yeah, dudes. So the Bennetts took Claire to the hospital after all. Sylar and Elle totally did it. Well, that is one way to pass time during the eclipse. Chance to reinvent ourselves, free of powers or parents. Interrupted by SniperDaddy. I kinda think Daddy Bennett is mostly angry at himself. That is an excellent insight. And it would explain his lack of control and not going to the hospital when he should have.

Part I Nathan in chains. Yum. And he knows French. Sweet. And convenient. Pretty men in chains are always a good thing. OMG, that is one thing that could actually make me OK with his namelessness. If it means he survives and thrives while all else fall? I'm OK with that. I really like how they completely ran with the comic coming true. Not just one instance but having it happen multiple times so minutely? Excellent! Seriously. Wouldn't you just figure you should sit tight and wait it out?

I think the folks doing the show see this as daring and edgy and ambiguous. But, it's just not being done well enough for that, there's not enough logic/sense behind the swings.
