One reason I keep an aol email address (besides the fact that all my oldest friends contact me there) is that sometimes they have useful pop media information. Be sure to click through to the New Series Information at the end; I'm for sure watching Leverage and Eureka, and also going to be sampling Warehouse 13. Julia, Wondering what Mr. "watches damned Breaking Bad twice in a row every Sunday" is going to do for amusement now...

My summer viewing plans:
MONDAYS: ??
TUESDAYS: beginning June 23: Leverage, TNT, 9 PM central
WEDNESDAYS: beginning July 15: The Closer, TNT, 8 PM central Warehouse 13, TNT, 9 PM central
THURSDAYS: beginning June 4: Burn Notice, USA, 8 PMcentral Royal Pains, USA, 9 PMcentral
FRIDAYS: beginning July 10: Eureka, SciFi, 8 PM central
SATURDAYS: on ABC, May 30, June 6, June 13: Pushing Daisies on ABC, June 20, June 27, July 4, July 11: Eli Stone on ABC, July 18 (and following): Dirty Sexy Money (for others who might care. This is not one I followed)
SUNDAYS: beginning June 21 on NBC at 7 PM central: Merlin (already shown in England?) Anthony Head as Uther Pendragon: Arthur's father and current king of Camelot. Uther is depicted as a ruthless and sometimes cruel man, but he cares deeply about his subjects and friends. However, he is frequently blinded by his hatred for all forms of magic.
So, one show a night and two on Wed. and Thurs.
Any suggestions for Monday? I suppose I will catch up on HIMYM and other things I missed during the season.
Oh, and, Mad Men shows up in August.

I'd have popped over to see if I could see anything. I did get to watch the filming of an upcoming Harrison Ford/Brendan Fraser (it's about a guy named John Crowley) movie across the street. Had a great view from my window! en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Crowley_(biotech_executive)

Just wanted to make sure that American viewers with BBC America remembered that Torchwood: Children of Earth is airing this week at 9pm EDT (all week) and right now (EDT) is a special with interviews with cast members and things like that. The next Doctor Who special (Planet of the Dead) is airing this Sunday the 26th, also on BBCA, and BBCA is premiering a new (to American audiences) show that is apparently about vampires (according to ads), which starts Saturday (I think it is called Being Human, but do not personally know anything more about it).

There is a David-Tennant-era Doctor Who marathon on BBC America today. The ads have claimed that it is "followed by a sneak preview of 'Waters of Mars,'" but it's not listed on the schedule, so I am guessing the "sneak preview" is probably during the commercial breaks.

LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- USA is shaking up its January plans as its original series "White Collar," "Burn Notice" and "Psych" will each now occupy their own nights.
Advance listings released by the network today indicate "White Collar" will launch the back half of its freshman run on Tuesday, January 19 at 10:00/9:00c with "Burn Notice" resuming its third season on Thursday, January 21 at 10:00/9:00c.
"Psych" will then round out the trio when its fourth season returns Wednesday, January 27 at 10:00/9:00c.
Said lineup will give USA original scripted programming at 10:00/9:00c on Tuesdays ("White Collar"), Wednesdays ("Psych") and Thursdays ("Burn Notice").
The news marks a significant shift from the network's usual drama homes which have been limited to Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays in recent years.Because I needed more programs to watch on Thursday night.
