Part III
Packing up The Wall. Where are they going to reconstruct The Wall? Or maybe they shouldn't in order to move on? Some of the pictures are left there because the people who put them up have since died. Oy.
Hera's picture.
Baltar and Lee. Baltar trying to get a voice in the government. Yeah, they both have a point here. They also look an awful lot alike here.
Adama and Kara discussing the music. About Kara's death.
I know what you are; you're my daughter, don't forget it. Aww....
Plugging in Anders.
Flashback. FlashbackAnders! Plagued by sports reporters. Heh.
Perfection. That's what it's about. Perfection of creation. That is the kind of perfection that I want to be connected to.

Part IV
Lee and Baltar.
Galactica is a vessel into which we've poured our hopes and dreams. And when she is gone one way of life will be over and another one will have begun. And this new life requires a new way of thinking.
Baltar represents thousands of people? Wow. Oh, he'd be representing all of the civilians on Galactica.
Damn, I still agree with both of them.
You're right. I wouldn't trust me either. I think he just passed Lee's test. The only person who should be given power is one who doesn't want it.
Lee. He's really not doing well. Bird in the house. Bad omen?
Present.
The line ritual?
About Hera. Planning a rescue
Hera has some meaning that transcends the here and now.
Nice scene between Tory and Ellen.
Chance for mutineers to exonerate themselves.
Helo and Athena. Athena still in her fugue state.

Coda
Roslin dying.
FlashbackRoslin, playing with her sushi. 3 months since the accident.
Adar's presidential campaign. Roslin doesn't like politics. Heh.
A "national" campaign? Does that make sense? I mean there's 12 colonies on separate planets, right?
Roslin agrees to go on a date. Shawn Ellison. Does that have some meaning?
Roslin putting on her wig.
Rescue mission briefing. A last hurrah.
Recon mission. They're going to find a habitable planet, aren't they? Oh, guess not.
The more things change, the more they stay the same.
The Cylon colony is located within a black hole. Clever, that.
Lee back in a uniform.
Whoa, wait. That's the end of my recording. I hope that that was pretty much the end.

Not sure what the purpose of the flashbacks was, especially at this point of the story. I mean, I get that flashbacks help flesh out characters, etc but 10 pages from the end of the book? Or maybe we are supposed to see that they are NOW, exactly as they they were THEN, and essentially, always. Was the point that people don't change, or that they do? Or something else? I'm hoping that it ties together some way in the finale.

packing up the memorial wall. "Does everything have to be reduced to your personal feelings about Kara Thrace?" Duh! Have you MET Lee Adama? **snicker** ;D Lots of "awww" in this ep. Heeee! I kinda love that we have no clue. Means he could basically say anything. "Well, I was driving for the croozer and then the blorful got in my way. I was lucky to score 2 hurckles before the ref called a flambuck!" Seriously dude! Hee! Though we did get to see Kara and Anders play a little Pyramid once.

i really enjoyed this episode. i thought the flashback scenes were intentionally jarring - showing them as ordinary people leading ordinary lives, with no idea what was ahead. did anyone else watch the cheesy special on monday night? i thought it was fascinating that the actor who plays baltar (sorry, i'm forgetting his name) said that even though it wasn't canon, the way baltar makes the most sense to *him* is with having a chip in his head. maybe he's been reading this board! ;D I watched the special. The best part was Bear telling us that the Six theme was played on an accordion. Never would have guessed that.
