Truncated so you won't put somebody's eye out? I had to rush off and rescue Kitty and Vanessa because they missed their bus home. As long as it's only once a semester, I guess I can handle it. They can't walk home, it's three miles, several freeway off and on ramps and a lot of big streets, and no public transit anywhere near there. Which is stupid, because there are several medical centers, a business park, assorted restaurants, lots of homes and two (count 'em, two) high schools right there. Or there will be two high schools when Brea Canyon is rebuilt. In any case, the lack of public transit in the northern reaches of Brea is truly appalling. Truncated so I don't knock it off walking under trees, mostly. Public transport. Something every city should have and too many don't.

Funny as hell, a dream for Buffy/Angel/Bones people, and for a really important cause. What more could you ask for?

A question that should be asked more often with TV and movies, eh?

I look forward to pictures! [glee babble] I'm actually feeling sorry for Rachel! Also, Kurt? Oh, noooo, sweetie, no! (Although, the milk maid comment was funny.) And who knew Finn could be such a successful seducer? [/gleeble]

"Miss Sylvester. If you'd like me to return to the musical, changes need to be made!" "Well, Rachel, I couldn't agree with you more. You know, when I heard Sandy wanted to write himself into a scene as Queen Cleopatra, I was aroused, then furious. I hearby grant you complete artistic control. Congratulations, kiddo! (evil laugh) You now have everything you could possibly want. Isn't it a great feeling?" Sometimes the things this show does, and especially the things they have Sue say, just kill me!

That was my first reaction. Then I thought...Gitmo, Bagram, Rendition... There are probably new things to say on this topic, or at the very least, old things that are worth repeating.

After I retrieved the Younger Daughter and her Bestest Buddy from the High School in the Hinterlands (seriously, there are red-tails, crows, ravens, turkey vultures, rabbits and even the occasional deer on campus), I slayed a few more usefuls, made dinner, paid some bills and even finished the current crop of felt fairies and cleaned up after. I can go night-night now, yes? The cats have decided to snub their food. Which in Patches' case, means eating much more slowly and at intervals over the course of the evening, and in Shadow's case, means refusing to eat at all for a while, and then not very much. Just what I need, more worries. Shadow did, however, pick her cat treats (for coming right in when called eat them. Maybe she just isn't very hungry. Catssssss.
