Julia, actually slept more than six hours last night, so things look less dismal Sun's come out. So yes, much less dismal. My allergies are quieter than they've been for weeks. Reorganized jewelry box and cleaned off coffee table. Bob's taking his granddaughter to the movies so the house is quiet. I shuffled the chicken housing around yesterday, and did too much work for a Sunday as per usual; today I am promised an outing. I hope. Please let that work out. ARGH. Julia, so very cabin-fevered.

Heads'-up for those who shop at Amazon, and even those who do not:
This morning I got an email which appeared to be from Amazon, telling me that an item I had not ordered had been cancelled. Even more suspicious, the email was sent to one of my other email addresses, not the one I use for Amazon. Also the apparent order number link, when I put my cursor over it, doesn't seem to have anything to do with Amazon. So I did not click anything.
I've been going around and around with Amazon customer service, trying to find someone who will take me seriously and look at the nasty little thing. Which, finally, I did.
There seems to be a lot of that sort of crap going around; I've already gotten another email claiming to be from the NYPD about a traffic ticket, which seems to be a known phishing scam thingy.
So beware, beware.

I had a long list of usefuls that needed slaying today. I got up, fed cats, went back to bed, got up, made tea, brought in the newspaper, checked my email, and basically gave up on the day. I've been in bed until just a few minutes ago. I should wash towels. I should change our bed. I should do a lot of things, and I doubt that very many of them will get done. This is a Very Tired and Grumpy Bad Anne.

So I'm not doing anything today except feeding the sheep, chickens, cats and humans (Franklin feeds to dogs) and washing my socks, a process complicated by lint, freaky dye, and the whole "wool" thing. And maybe going to a store later. Julia, KUOW is playing every interview they've ever done about a presidential biography which is maybe going to make going outside in the floating cold wet very attractive very soon.

Went to dressmaker. Formal top still needs adjusting but I took it home because I will need it for Twisted Gears Con on Saturday. Did tell dressmaker that I would and she said okay. She's vending so I might be able to get it to her without making yet another drive up to her house.
With all the Steampunk we're spending our time on and how much traveling ls we've been doing Bob and I are considering purchasing a camper. Anybody own a Class C or Class A camper out there? Anyone know someone who does?

I hope you had a good outing, and that you are feeling better. I got the towels washed, and I talked to Aged Mum, because I only get weekends off, and that if I'm lucky and she doesn't devise some reason to call me (although she's been better about that of late ), and I emailed my doctor about getting my thyroid tested, because I think it's been well over a year. Sorry, doctor, but exercise to raise my energy level is not an option when I'm already so tired I trip over my own feet. Also I brushed Shadow, because there's no way she'll let me forget that. Cats.

I'm having Con overload. Bob and I have been to DragoncCon and ClockworkCon. We're signed up for Twisted Gears, a one-day in town this Saturday and Anime Matsuri, also in town over April 21 and 22. Now we find out about Nightmare Machine, 3/31-4/1 near Dallas.
It would mean moving my last day at work back a day.
Aw, gee.

Hey! Where you been, jellybean? Gotta run, but it's good to see you! Hey, bb! *hugs* I've been around. Mostly on Twitter. ;D That's about the only social networking I do these days, and I do a LOT of it. Hope all is well with you!

I wanted to stop by and say hello and see how everyone was doing and also to hopefully stop Spring from reading and commenting on my fic. ;D So, hello! How's every little thing? Spring, if you don't ship it, don't read it! There are things in there that your eyes will never be able to unread! ;D
