Am here . . . will try to find something to start us off with . . . Also, Karen, Lola - if you get the chance, you need to check out the post I put in the Admin thread. I would describe it, except it is indescribable. Oh. My. God!! That is just so ... very very him, you know?

Gown or cocktail dress? I vote for cocktail dress. So, black or bold color? I vote for bold color! Red, blue, green, orange, gold, or silver? I vote for blue - deep deep true midnight blue! What will be the special touch(es) on the dress? Neckline, shoulders, bodice, hem, skirt, sleeves, or back? I vote for back, sleeves and neckline. But what touches do we want? Slashes or cut outs? Sheer? Sparkle? Plunge? Architectural? Wrapping/draping? Severe/tailored or volume? LOL! I love deep true midnight blue. Had a velvet Homecoming dress that color when I was a Freshman in HS. Broke up with my bf that night, a few of his tears fell on it and stained it - and guess what was playing on the radio as he dropped me off after the dance? Yep - Blue Velvet, by Bobby Vinton True Story Awwww! **she wore bluuuuuue VELvet .... bluer than velvet was the night ....** Sweet/sad true story.

A gown for L&T. I've been there. You're afraid to breathe, the air is so rarified. ;D We can include an oxygen tank with our gown!

OK, so let's start with this: Color change? Add a pattern or design? What sort of accessories? That's nicer than mine. I'll delete it. EDIT: There. This is nice but it needs sleeves. Also I don't like the pink. Black is so -- not style. Can you make it gold or bronze? Am having trouble with photobucket being really slow, but suffice it to say that I made it midnight blue . . . will work on some sleeves, too . . . what else, peoples?

But he was soooooo possessive and jealous. We are friends now, and he apologized a few years ago after having daughters of his own.

OK, so let's start with this: Color change? Add a pattern or design? What sort of accessories? Color change to blue, maybe? Or gold - like Diane suggested? Can you scribble in sleeves or draw in a halter/turtleneck top to the bodice? Accessories could be very fun - how about a huge rock of a ring? Maybe a jaunty hat?
