Golly! Proboards updated their software, eh? Hey, all! Project Runway returns this week - at least we got a bit of a break between seasons. It was getting a bit "all PR all the time" there. Cool! and already?

Who will help me move the cows and calves my sister has tied up to train for the fair over to the yard of whoever it is in the subdivision who started running a chainsaw continuously starting at 6:30 this morbing?
Julia, probably not doing PR unless everybody says they've changed their ways

Thunderstorm threatening . . . if I go offline suddenly, you'll know what happened. Eeep! Stay safe! The first eps are always so chaotic and frenzied as we battle with all the designers - trying to figure out who will stick and who is a flash in the pan. Heck, I don't usually get names until after the first few eps. **snicker**

Project Runway night! Gosh, it seems like just yesterday ... OK. So we must make a dress from parachute fabric? Lemme find a parachute, I guess . . .

Alrighty, PR - what's the challenge?
Making something that represents us as a designer out of parachute fabric. Oooooh! What color to we want? I like the yellow, or the fuschia, or the pale blue.
What shall we make with it? Something inspired by flying perhaps?

Half a million prize? Woosh!
Parachute material. It's a kind of vinyl. I think sportswear. Colorful. Maybe shorts?

How about a gown or palazzo pants thing with huge wings flowing behind? Or maybe propellers all over a sporty short dress?

OK - how about we go with these yellow and green colors . . . Oh, I like! Maybe we can even use the tubular shape of the thing? Like do a long, slinky, tubular gown in yellow and green stripes? Oh! Oh! Oh! How about a green slinky tubular gown with a flowing yellow wrap over it?
