NBC announcer, die! Die! DIE!
Interesting that my ReplayTV recorded this as "Hiro's"
The Scar?
Vague much?
Save the cheerleader, save the world. This again. OK.
Politician brother looks mighty fine, but I don't really find him attractive after all that.
Cool!
So Glasses Man wasn't expecting that? I thought he was in the know.
So Matt's lost time, but he hasn't gotten his power sucked or anything.
And he's reconciling with his wife. I didn't really see that coming.
Hiro and friend got out of that better than I'd hoped.
Are Hiro and friend breaking up? Yep, leaving Hiro without an interpreter.
But then politician brother lands, whee!!!!
Well, this is one way to garner more votes.
Oh, Hiro does know a fair amount of English.
landa-slido. heeee.
So Claire didn't kill Date Rapist, just seriously injured him. I can sort of get behind that. Sort of.
Wow, Glasses Man has sure had a busy day.
Isaac looks so sad behind the rainy window in that lighting.
Too bad Hiro didn't get a japanese car. Hee.
Somebody good.
Bald Black man can do his shit to anybody? Maybe it only works on people who aren't "special."
I kind of resent the implication that Claire needs everybody else to save her. I dunno.
Milo doesn't need to be high to draw the future.
Creepy eyes!
Like Claire's speech to date rapist.
So, how much time did Date Rapist lose? Will he indeed get a second chance, and if so, would he make different choices?
Ooh, blackmail the blackmailer. Nice!
Earshot effect. But only when Matt gets tired?
Don't pick up the gun!! Why!!!!!!
That person that you see on the internet, that's not me. Niki's got a SERIOUS indentity problem.
Ooh, nice green and blue neon lights.
I was really impressed by the various conversations in this episode. Hiro and Politician Brother. Niki and Politician Brother. Niki and Hiro's friend. Peter and Isaac.

She probably will. However, I suspect that D.L. (formerly known as Forrest) will turn out not to be the bad guy that Niki thinks he is. Micah seems to think so. And strikes me as being a little more mature than his mother. In some ways, I absolutely agree--he does have a better perspective on things than Niki. However, he's also a little boy who's going to tend to believe his father can do no wrong until he actually sees his father... well, do something wrong. I also agree that D.L. will most likely end up being a better guy than Niki gives him credit for; in fact, I've wondered for a while whether Niki's alter ego didn't commit the murders D.L. was arrested for. Hmm...

i've got a cold so i'm feeling un-brilliant this week. i did want to say one thing that nobody else has: this time the color i really noticed was blue. all different shades of blue.
i think the use of cinematography and especially of colors in this show is so interesting.

Another thought.
If Bald Black man can wipe memories, what, if anything, stops him from pulling that trick on Glasses Man? And why is he at Glasses Man's beck and call?
Hee. look at me. Sue posts that helpful list and I'm still making up names for everyone. I'm shameless.

I'm guessing that as reviewers Sara and Erin are moderating this thread, so I'd ask one of them to do it. Like the "Misc Info" thread we have on over on VM for stuff which supercedes one particular episode.

Yes, he's one of the most handsome guys I've seen on TV since Season 2 BTVS gave us Angel and Spike in their prime....They'd better not kill Mohinder off!
And the rest of the show - plot, suspense, Hiro's fanboyishness, isn't bad either.
GAIL

Ooh, excellent point--I hadn't thought of that parallel, but it's a very apt one.

I saw Claire's daddy as being in charge, if for no other reason than he has given the guy directives every time he has been present and the Mysterious Man hasnt uttered a single word and done what was asked of him. Perhaps he is mute. Anyway, I distinctly get the impression that Daddy is in charge. Vlad
