Dammit, Hiro, don't you watch Buffy? You have to know that you aren't alone, and that leaving behind someone who loves yo and wants to help you is idiotic. HAH!!!!!! Stan Lee as the bus driver!!!! Dammit, DAMMIT, Hiro! Do you REALIZE how much you are hurting Ando?! I hope he realizes soon, and welcomes him back. Ted. Matt. And Hana's watching the back door or something? Isaac in his painting reverie.. Peter!!! Crap. Peter's giving in to the Dark Side of the Force. Using the Sylar power. Peter really HAS embraced his Darth Petrelli hasn't he? SHIT!!!!!!!! NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh, godDAMMIT. The key she was turning over back to Isaac, the dissolution of bonds. Shot through the heart, dammit.

Jealous/dangerous: two sides of the same coin as far as the Old Boyfriend is concerned. Simone looks better to me wth her hair straight than curly. Highlights her face more. "Japanese Mapquest" Two different views of partners here. Well, Hope kinda played him for a fool... Gaming chips? And another gun. You SHOULDA been cautious, Mo-Mo! Well, Sylar, for some people it IS a curse. And for the rest of us, YOU are a curse. "Justice can never really be served" and he creeped Mohinder out all over the place with that, I think. Mo-mo is catching on to the fact that his partner is a raving looney. Oh, Claire, don't tell her..... you need your safety, and your biomom does NOT represent a safety net. WHERE would you run to? I don't think Bennett would hurt you, in his viewpoint, but he might unmake you, and Zach again... Neat image with the milk for blood there.. Well, he's a misanthrope, not a mispigethrope.. Huh.. Claude's friends or Claude's experimental animals? Clever, using IR goggles.. Tazers! STOPPED that puppy. TK is SO useful.Oh GOD I wanna fly just like that... I thought he stopped time, myself. And moved it backwards.

I'm starting to wonder if he doesn't absorb a little more of Sylar's mucked-up brain every time he channels Sylar's power. Remember, Peter's DNA mimics that of other specials—and HRG said Sylar had messed with his own DNA so many times it was making him unbalanced.

I thought he stopped time, myself. And moved it backwards. Hiro did: I was talking about Peter.

So, can Peter (or Sylar, for that matter), use two powers at once? Like, fly while invisible? Claire calls dad because at this point, she's just a scared kid, so even though she doesn't trust him, she want her dad. Jan tells Matt to get it together - you tell him, Jan. Interesting that we got a hint of what he's worried about in there. Wondering if their baby will also be special in some way. Which, from what we've seen, possibly yep. Claude blames Peter, then figures it out (he may be harsh, but he's not stupid) and get's while the getting is good. But Peter, you can do it on your own! Simone is thinking of the public. Nathan is thinking of his career and also that they'll "burn him at the stake". I'd like to think Simone is more right, but I think he's a bit right too. Ah, they are chips. And the commisioner guy was her partner, I get it. He's all "my share" and the gun battle and all. So, that's where his bitterness comes from. Oh, Ando. "I would never know what it is to be a hero." Huh. Was that Hiro's power back in place? Stopping and then actually reversing time so the bullet went back in the gun? Or was it someone else? At least they're both OK, and that's all that matters right now. Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! Not mechanic hearing-woman. Well, I know it was coming, but still. "Murder in his heart" indeed.

Janice as Matt's conscience.... LISTEN to her. "You're better than this!" Good. Make him feel it for himself; make him believe it. **nods** This is the question of the hour. Yeah, I'm cynical enough to think that Nathan is probably more right than wrong. But I don't have to like it. Still, this is why all the best superheroes have a secret identity. **is unhappy**

Hiro did: I was talking about Peter. Oops. That'll teach me to catch up backwards. I didn't catch that he stopped time - but where the hell did he get that loud smack-down voice?

A. I don't want the mechanic lady to die. B. Does Sylar really think he can kill the folks Mohinder leads him to and Mohinder won't catch on? The guy's thick, but he ain't that thick. Yeah. I really wonder how long he thinks he can keep it up. Unless he figures he'll just let Mohinder catch on, then kill him and take the info about other powered people. Urg. Maybe he thinks he'll just take over Mohinder's persona like he did Zane's.

Yes, yes, socks are always unexpected . . . no, wait! It's the diamonds in the socks. Oh, Matt, Matt, Matt. Lying the wife, hiding precious jewels in your underwear, hiding from Suresh. Where will it all end? The actor who plays Sylar can just give a look that is sooo scary. "Damn. That was my best wrench." ;D Oh, super-hearing. That would be a very ouchie power. But lots of incentive to learn to control it, which she aparently has done on her own. And she's suspicious of Sylar, so she'll probably get croaked soon. Go, Hiro! Stand up to the tough guy and make him help Ando. Scary grass-killing Ted. So, he still blames HRG and his crew for "giving" him this nuclear thing, doesn't he? But exploding, Ted? That will kill all sort of people! The Invisible Man is being all mean!Yoda. "Do something unexpected!" Now I'm going to be on the lookout for all our heroes doing the unexpected. Not that anything they do is all that expected anyway. Invisible Man flew the coop! Dang him - he's really scared of the HRG. Sylar is creeping me out big time. I can't believe Mohinder isn't a little suspicious of him. How could Mohinder not be creeped out by him? I mean, ewwwww!

this episode was so darkly lit - it was amazing. very noirish. so many scenes taking place at night or in shadow. characters in the light / around light colors: claire and her mom (several times - the milk, the hospital...), the mechanic woman - any others?
lola, it looked to me like, at least in this episode, peter could only use one power at once. once he started to fly, he was no longer invisible, right?

Which fits with what Mohinder said about his DNA mimicing that of other specials; unless he pulls up Sylar with his array of abilities, he should only be able to access one power at a time.

Mrs. B is hemoraghing in the brain. Doctor asks about domestic violence. "Not like that, not really." And of course the doctor doesn't believe her. I'm surprised the doctor didn't still think something was wrong in the home and that Claire was just . . . projecting it off in a fantastic way. Ted called Matt. I guess they really did bond while in the interrogation room. Oh, actually that's a good plan. "Can't lie if you're with us" - well, as long as the Haitian isn't fogging things up. "We could be heroes". **has happy Bowie moment . . . and we're done** Claire confronts dad, and good for her. 'Cuz protect = control and impose your will in HRG's world. Mrs. B is a gentle soul who shouldn't have to know about "people like" Sylar. Good come back with the "maybe not people like you". And yes, dad, you don't get to just say "sorry" for years worth of deception and active harm to her mom and have it all be OK. Mohinder!!!! Someone hit him with clue bat. I hope Sylar has the headache from hell and I hope they go right from there to some REALLY noisy place. Maybe his head will blow up. Hiro thinks he's responsible for Ando being hurt - thinks he's dangerous to Ando. Awwwwww, the sweet little goodbye using the Vulcan hand gesture. And now we get the "somebody has to protect this family from you" line, but then . . . Oh! OK, that was unexpected. Immediately we go to a home invasion thing-y with Matt and Ted. So, Claire will get answers when they get answers, maybe? Claire will be torn between anger at her dad and anger that Ted and Matt are putting her mom and brother in danger? Whoa! Big show down between Peter and Isaac. Yes, a part of you was wanting to save NY, but also you don't like Peter. Admit it, dude. "With just one bullet I can be a hero." All sorts of people stating how they can be heroes, and most of them are wrong . . . Scary Peter. HOLY crap!! Simone?!!!!!!! Damn. Damn!! Well. Wow. OK, I was not expecting that. I actually gasped, here in my little living room. Man! And looks like we'll be getting info thick and fast next week. Man, this show just doesn't let up - it's an express train of wowness. ;D
