Wrap 'em up good, Ted. To mom, Claire is a miracle. She was always a miracle, but now she's more of one. Discussion of faith and belief and it leads to believing in dad, giving him a second chance. Do you want revenge or do you want the truth? It's a good question, Ted. HRG sends them away, but then bossman shoots the wrong guy. Ohh! Fire! Flashes of zappy heat. All these folks are gonna be glowing. And then dying. I mean, dude. That's lots of radiation. "I can't stop." Matt tries to stop him. HRG tries to stop him. But as we've known all along, it's Claire who is the only one capable of doing it and surviving. So she's the hero. Damn! That was a very cool effect. With her walking forward and you see her going from burned walking wreck to . . . just Claire. Only sooty. Very very cool. But bossman knows now. And that is soooooo not good. HRG is gonna blame the Haitian. This will only work if they're all in on it. And will it fool bossman? Somehow I doubt it. OMG, bossman actually thinks he could get Matt to be in his club. What are they going to do to Matt now? They have Ted. And HRG says he'll bring Claire in. I doubt it, but how is he getting out of this? In the car. Where am I going? I don't know. Will I see you again? I don't know. Damn. Maybe he is turning her in. No. I don't believe it. Aha! Meeting the Haitian - gonna have them both go into hiding. Good! Oh, damn. Shoot him to make it look right to bossman. And Claire is there. Covering her ears. Oh. Damn. Of course they also have to wipe his memory. Crap. What an ep!!!! What a marvelous ep!!!!! And the previews for next week?! The thing! And the not- dead! And the sword! And LINDERMAN! Woot! We're gonna meet Linderman! Yeah, who's your daddy. Or rather, who's daddy are you, more likely.

wow. wow. (i can't stop saying wow tonight!) HRG just keeps getting a darker shade of grey. Wow wow wow pretty much sums up my feeling for this ep. Just incredible. Darker grey, then lighter, then darker again, then nothing but dad. Grey or not, just dad. Wow!

Oh how sad; Claire is losing her daddy, for her own good. Could Lindermann be Niki's father? He's gotta be someone's dad! Heck, everyone else is! Now the other question is, is he part of the "company", or working against it?

So let's all hate the non-Mohinder previouslies... Mr. Neglected Muggles. So ted is melting his way in... This has GOT to leave some radiation behind, even if he's got it clean enough that he's just emitting neutrinos. Thank god Janice is pregnant, as Matt's not gonna have a motile sperm cell ever again. Matt, you KNOW what the right course of action regarding capturing Bennett is: you are NOT doing it. Claire has pretty much blown her cover. Bennett didn't do anything to either of you. Matt trying to defuse things... 15 years back.. So who's Bennett's boss? he looks familiar. This is 1992? Partner to keep him honest. CLAUDE!!!! So that's how they know each other. REALLY blown cover. Oh, Claire, you are SO busted... Step away from the radioactive man... Well, Claire's safe, but everyone else in the room is screwed. Huh. This means that Ted has a sort of subset of Claire's power in addition to the radioactivity. Otherwise he'd be deadydeaddead. Julia Robert's big brother Eric. Donkey shins, Rich! He's not nearly as pretty as his sister.

wow. so did HRG stage claude's death, to know all this (where to aim a gunshot, etc)? did he deliberately pick the bridge as the spot again? great episode! Ooooh, ooooh! I wondered that too, after the scene on the bridge!

Aaaack! Previews. Spoilers! Very spoilery previews. Surprisingly spoilery. So much so that . . . . either they are faux spoils, meaning something else when the ep actually airs. Or else, damn, there's so many other surprises that these will seem puny in comparison.

Although it did look like he tried to kill him. I think he let him go. But how did he survive that fall? I'm thinking, there was a concrete edge or ledge just a few feet down on the other side of the rail. Not very wide, but he could have simply flopped over on to that and then moved along it til he got off the bridge.

That was such a wow scene!! **nods** And now it's making me wonder if SuluDad is really Hiro's daddy. Oh, interesting. So, SuluDad could've been given Hiro to 'take care of'. I'm going to need a bigger clipboard to keep all this straight. ;D And some highlighter and a bunch of colored pens. I know, you take the clipboard, I'll handle Spike.

Huh. Jean (I'm gonna use Jean Deaux for the Haitiian, because I'm amused by my own cleverness ) has to have a power much like Matt's, already, only more intensive. Like Sylar's power and Matt's power combined.

And ever'one in that house all day except Claire should be dead, dead, dead. That's all I have to say about that. Huh. What color is Cherenkov radiation in open air? Is it blue, like it is in water? ETA: Cherenkov radiation doesn't appear to be noticeable in as tenuous a medium as air. *Shrug* I still maintain that they'd all be screwed, if there wasn't a special "reality is mitigated all over the place" field going on, anyways.

Julia Robert's big brother Eric. Donkey shins, Rich! He's not nearly as pretty as his sister. He used to be rather less so. Looks like he's had some work done on his face. Two favorite Eric Robert's movies: Pope of Greenwich Village and Runaway Train. Oh, and the massively creepifying Star 80

"I answer to someone whose orders supercede yours." "In this company?!" "In your daughter's life." Ooooh, ouch! Aha!! I was right. They sent him to kill Claude. Claude was hiding "one of them", he was a security breach. The vivisection was starting to keep him up at night. And he knew that HRG was going to kill him, was in the room when they taught him to do it. He was counting on HRG caring about his daughter and so understanding. And possibly also he made a plan on how to get away? So, when did HRG start really caring for Claire? He obviously tried not to. I'm thinking it was when she first smiled at him as a baby - did you notice the baby did that little half smile like Claire does? Nice touch. I don't get who the Haitian is working for, and why? There's obviously someone big who's on the side of the Heroes. Another Hero, or maybe a non-Hero who is sympathetic - who might have been paired up with a past Hero person and came to love him or her? Hmm.... The baby smile was too adorable for words. And yeah, I can easily see that as the moment it started. I have a whole bunch of possible answers for who the Haitian meant. Maybe he just started to care about her himself, like Claude did with the person he helped all those years ago. And so maybe he just meant Claire's mom or even the idea of a "higher power" - like he's religious and couldn't harm one more person after feeling the memories about Claire that he took over and over. Or yeah, maybe there is a network of "special" people that he has been directing some of the folks they find toward. The ones who use their powers for good, perhaps? Or maybe there is literally a mirror organization. One that is made up of "special" people or that helps them. That is the anti-paper company. Oooooh, so many possibilities!

Heeee! And all black and white, to make it look like the past. Except we're really only going back to, like, 1990, not the 50's. ;D Something very not good went down between Claude and HRG. Somehow the decision was made to kill Claude, I'll bet. And probably HRG was the one assigned to put him down. I think the "black and white" choice is deliberate, to highlight Daddy Bennett's "gray-hattedness." Or, y'know, so it seems to me. Ooh, clever clever Matthew! They do use color as a theme in this show, don't they. So, to highlight his gray-ness. Oh, and also maybe to show that in the world of the Company, things are black or white. No questioning things, you do what you are told.

So, now that they lost the Haitian and his ability to wipe memories, things are going to get a bit crazier. Do they intend to pair Matt with the HRG? Since the Haitian - let's give him a name - how about 'Angel'? He is like Claire's guardian angel. Or is he going to be paired with that dark-haired woman? She wasn't the woman who met with Ted and could manipulate wifi stuff, was she? ;D Yeah, I'm actually more worried now that they don't have a mind-wiper. (Presuming they don't have another one.) 'Cuz that leaves more . . . lethal ways of taking care of people who "know too much". Heee! Angel. I like it.
