Somewhere along Rt 230. Hee. The Paper Company can do something even to invulnerable Claire? Sacrifice so that Claire can live. She must honor that. Marseilles?

Part I
Linderman's goons.
Oh, they're NOT with Linderman. Nathan's working with them to put down Linderman. He just decided to go another route after that night.
Peter heard it all.
Bennett's are in a hotel. Flood in the basement. Cheerleading retreat.
Mommy Bennett's got a barking ringtone. Hee!
Mommy Bennett knows all now. So her memory wasn't really wiped this last time. Probably because it would kill her.
Doesn't this undermine the reason why Daddy Bennett had his memory wiped?
I know how to play dumb.
Who is this chick? She seems dangerous.
Sylar sees the list.
Now Suresh codes Sylar's DNA. And he's going to see that Sylar was lying to him.
You have no idea how alone and insignificant I used to feel. There's a give away.
Hope is great. We need caffeine.
Chai. And it's drugged? Yep. Yay!!! Suresh figured it out.

Part II
Nathan silences Hiro's enthusiasm. Hee.
How does The Man With No Name know so much?
Now Claire goes it alone.
Simone's alive? Is this a shapeshifter?
It's that chick. Yep.
You keep painting her.
Playing video games. Hee!
I do a better you than you.
DL knows. Oh, about Nikki and Nathan, not about Nikki being Jessica.
Cool mirror!
Nikki's undermining Jessica.
Didn't Micah know before it wasn't Nikki. Does he know now? Is DL completely oblivious?
Ah, something to prevent control over the abilities.
Sylar is a parasite. That's not the scientific use of that term.
Using his superhearing against him. Nice, but disturbing on Suresh's part.
Murderers or scientists? Wait. What?
Did all this really happen like Sylar says?
Sylar is the template for the formula and essential for Suresh's work.
Spinal tap.

Part III
Cool framing of Hiro in the elevator.
Repaired with scotch tape. Yes, very special. hee.
So this is how Hiro gets in.
Yay! Ando didn't leave. Aw...
Don't I deserve to be saved?
I wasn't begging for my life. I was offerring you yours. AIEEE!!

Part IV
He painted himself!
So we're almost back to Hiro's NYC trip. The future is now.
Did you come here to kill me or warn me. Depends on who's in charge.
Nice Daddy and Mommy Bennett scene. Why Daddy Bennett never chose to confide in her before.
Ah!!! It was shapeshifter!
Post apocalyptic rooftop.

Coda
Mommy Patrelli knows Claire. And The Man With No Name!
She's behind it all? The Man With No Name was answering to her the whole time!
Mr. Linderman!!!
Do you like vegetables? Is that like "do you prefer oysters or snails?"
Life of happiness or a life of meaning.
happiness requires living completely in the present. meaning requires wallowing in the past and obsessing about the future.
Linderman knows everything too. How?
Offering a life of meaning. And Nathan takes it.
Pinned to the wall.
Peter and Sylar meet yet again.
NO!!!!!!!

Hiro said he didn't recognize Peter without his scar—and I bet that's the scar he was talking about!

I think he was counting on being questioned / read right away after it happened and then, if he passed that, then it would be OK to have the info restored to him. Which I think is a gamble, personally. But then again, it was also a gamble to not know, 'cuz we saw how close he was to trying to track her down and so on. Such a wonderful moment.

Is that like "do you prefer oysters or snails?" **snickers** So I'm not the only one whose mind went to that place, eh? I can see the point he was trying to make, but I also kinda disagree with him. 'Cuz I think you can have a happy and purposeful life. But then, I tend to not be a "black or white, yes or no" kind of gal. Very very very no. Our Peter must totally kick some Sylar ass or I will be very very unhappy.

Since this episode aired a while ago, probably nobody will ever read this post... Except maybe Sara. Oh well... It's new to me since I just saw it.
Anyway- I'm sad that nobody else got excited about the whole symbolism of Sylar's cutting Peter's Emo bangs. Like Sara says- no one cuts the Emo bangs and lives to tell about it.
Claude had that whole shtick about how peter was a pet (poodle- read "lap dog") to his family- that he was too dependent on them and that he lived like an adolescent- with floppy hair. So when Sylar starts to cut off Peter's skull- and we see that he bleeds a bit, but that all that falls to the ground is his hair- well damn if that doesn't means the gloves are comming off.
I may be wrong, and Peter may not actually kill him, but I thought completed circle with what CLaude has said was great!
The only thing that irks me about Peter/Claude is that it is so blatantly Skywalker/Yoda-esque and they haven't done the curtesy of a reference.
I also worry because pre-yoda skywalker was so much more fun than the post-yoda one. I'd be sad to see Peter get too simultaneously serious and badass- he'd loose his human side.
Finally, I seriously hope they don't cut off all the Emo bangs. So, so pretty.

Daisy, I'm glad you posted this because it reminded me of something - Children in ancient Egypt had shaved heads, except for one long lock of hair (the sidelock). Cutting off that lock of hair, if I remember rightly, was part of the passage to adulthood. So Sylar's cutting off the Emo Bangs of Peter (Pan) could indicate that Peter is moving into maturity as a Hero and he's ready to access his full powers. Or it could just be another way to raise our anxiety levels (six fulking weeks!). Nice catch on the Skywalker/Yoda parallels as well - I've been too caught up in the show to actually think about the mythologies they're drawing from. Anne, that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it

I was just thinking that the scene where Claude flights him with a stick is very very yoda-like. Either yoda actually did it, or it was done wth a ligh saber.
Though I think scenes like that with the mentor comming at the mentee and a stick are pretty common in lots of movies- kung fu comes to mind.

Anne, that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it You both are making me think more about the Emo!bangs. (Beyond just the OMG Sylar cut his bangs that bastard vibe. ) Very intrigued by the Yoda comparisons and the idea of this being a passage to adulthood (very clever idea, Anne!). These would be very appropriate metaphors for the journey that Peter is hopefully taking.
