This could hurt Noah quite a bit.
Now, Noah, crack his face open.
GOOD daddy.
And Mo-Mo reveals his nefariousness. Nefariating out all over the place. And Noah knows it.
Crap, Bob. Is Bob herding her or did he slip up and call her "Bennett " on accident?
Ah, Accident.
Good questions, Noah. "Do they have Molly?"
"You've gone native"
You don't have any way to enforce your word, Mo-Mo. And good line. "Your word isn't worth what it used to be."
Good Noah. Mohinder, you have lost all nickname privleges.
Mom! Bob was the Regional Sales Manager?
"Them and us" Normal and a talent?
Wow. West just actually earned my respect. And he just saved Mohinder's life.
Woohoo! Daughter trade!
Heh. Mr. Muggle's bath. Shorts her out.

Ah, Mrs. Bennett is showing some gumption. 'Bout time.
Has Mo-Mo really betrayed HRG like a treacherous skunk ? No, no; not Mo-Mo. But it sure looks like it.
Elle's own father turned her into an executioner? Nice.
GAIL
HRG wants to protect Claire by hiding her from everything. Bob apparently wants to protect Elle by teaching her to be a better shot and upping the SPF she wears. And in their own way, each is so very very wrong.
Excellent point, Lola. Noah's determination to protect his "little girl" has become a sort of mantra. Surely it would be better to teach Claire to be able to survive; they can't keep running forever.
Yeesh. How much blood are they taking from Claire?
Why couldn't Mohinder have gone to Noah and Claire and asked for her blood to save Niki?
Elle's father made her a guinea pig? What a class act .
GAIL

"He's not big on the listening..."
gonna empty her?
Taking him to... his mother's funeral?
And his own little self. And this is what he needs to learn that Fate is Fate. Crap. I was hoping he'd save him.
Dammit. why can't he screw with reality?
"No. Her real dad. You." PERFECT. Maybe West will grow up. Maybe he just needed a mission.
And I'm gald Hiro gets to say goodbye. and here we are back to the last week. With Adam.
Dammit. Kenzei is taking away everything Hiro loves.

Heh! Claire and her big message to West. And he's all "I can't trust you", which raises my flags 'cuz the classic way to divert suspicion is to loudly suspect the other person first. Um. Which is all starting to sound a bit paranoid, isn't it? Really, I'm just not all that fond of West and so I want him to be a baddie. ;D "Some organization, from the '70's." "Like a disco?" Oh, Matt! Matt, Matt, Matt. This way lies spooky carnival death madness! Madness, I tell you! Or Dr. Evil-like plans to make the world "better" in your image. Basically, I'm saying that controlling other people's minds is not a good thing. Mr and Mrs BB go at it. HRG says it's "all about me". Well, self-obsessed much? "It's all falling apart. I really need you now." Well, she's going along with him for now. But just barely. Mohinder!! What are you doing, buddying up with Bob and his psycho-kiddie? "Don't you think he's do the same to you." "No." You go, Mohinder! Stick to your "we're not killing him" guns. Um. Which is kind of an oxymoron, I realise . . . Never mind! Hiro and dad. I'm not so sure I believe in the whole fate thing, but he's right when he says that "we have the power of Gods, that does not mean we can play God". [Are you listening, Matt?] Wow! So, Hiro actually jumps them to the past? Are we gonna see multiple possible time lines again? Like, do the people living in the "Hiro's dad died" timeline get marooned? Like Caitlain? Or . . . ? Or does Hiro jump them back so dad dies as he is "supposed" to?

"I'll expect you to make an honest woman of me" heh.
Matt's aware of the darkness implicit in his powers. Well, 30 years of "protective custody" is bound to piss a guy off, even if it's a small portion.
He can rip it out of her head, but as she says, it will destroy him. will he back away from the edge?
Daddy-West Bonding. Oh my.
Anybody thought about the fact that Elle is armed now?
Nope. Nobody notice that. Nice shot, Elle.
DAMMIT DAMMIT DAMMIT Mohinder, you bastard. You unpleasant traitorous inconstant... Hell, at least Elle has an excuse, being a scrambled egg. You chose the dark side, Mohinder.

Noah?
I didn't think that would happen.
Mohinder is truly damned now. I think he's crossed the line that he was straddling before.
I certainly hope Mama Petrelli survives; she is one tough mama and a great character.

Hiro's euogy that isn't one is beautiful.
Elle is full of questions now.
And Matt went full dark side and got the name. Huh.
Two funerals for two fathers.
Oh yeah. Bob had a pint of daughter's blood.
I'm still not forgving Mohinder.

West flies HRG to the moon and let's him play among the stars . . . OK, no, he just wants to know if Claire is for real and so on. And HRG did take him, so really West is an OK guy and I've been suspicious of him for no good reason. Mea culpa! ;D HRG knows you're not telling the truth, Mo-mo. So he's makin' plans. Mr Bob Bishop. Come to talk to you about the seriousness of underage drinking. Tsk tsk, Miss Bennett. Oopsie! Interesting how the first thought that HRG has is "do they have Molly". He's seeing everything thru his lens of watching out for Claire. Mohinder thinks that Mr. BB will just "give" them Claire? What has he been smoking? And we're back to the heart of the dilemna this season. Is the Company doing good or bad? All good or all bad? Sort of good and sort of bad? Are all the people opposing it doing good? Or bad? Or sort of both? Wooo! Fly boy gets Elle in the first swoop. Noooooooo! Don't shoot my pretty pretty Mohinder!! I know he often doesn't have the common sense of a piece of lint, but he's so pretttty!! Collateral. He's gonna try to trade Elle for Claire. And puts her in a water foot bath to keep all her electricity to herself. "Stings like a bitch, doesn't it?" Which is a nice snotty play on words. But also makes me think he's been zapped by her before.

so claire's blood can bring people back to life?? (it looked in the end like noah was abruptly drawing in a breath, as if surprised to suddenly be alive again.) i feel very sorry for molly at the end of this episode - mohinder and matt should forfeit custody and she should go live with hiro and ando. the exact timing of the eulogy voiceover was interesting, like the line about choices paired with elle's brooding face. if elle really does start to question things, i think she'll be a much more interesting character. too bad we only have two episodes left to see it.

HRG says that Elle was a "normal" girl until they tested her, that her dad was "leading the charge" (evil punning there, sir, while you sow doubt in her mind) and that her memory of this was wiped. Well, it sounds rather creepily plausible. And she is thinking so too, or she wouldn't say "what if he won't make a deal?". "Touch my daughter and I kill yours." Well. That kinda says it all doesn't it? And Bob is having his own convo with Claire while getting her blood. "We thought he'd be loyal to the end. And we were right." Lots of contrast compare. Bob and Elle. Claire and HRG. Claire and Elle. Bob and HRG. Bob and HRG and Matt's dad and momma P and papa Nakamura. The funeral where Hiro realizes that he needs to listen to his dad and let time unfold as it should. "Strength. Responsibility. And Justice." The moment when Hiro and papa Nakamura say goodbye because they know he'll die. And then Hiro stopping time because he needs to let things unfold as they "should", but that doesn't mean he can't learn who killed his dad - Justice! (And of course, it's Kensei!Adam!) Momma P facing off with Matt. This is gonna be totally kick-ass! ~~Are you going to read my mind?~~ "I knew your father when he could do it, I'm even less impressed with you." "Did you know him . . . when pull became push?" Oh, Matt. He pulls the truth about Adam out of her. "The truth is that our generation mortgaged their souls to protect yours. Show a little respect for that. Get over your daddy issues (ouch!) and let us be!" Damn! Classic generational stuff here, even without the superhuman powers thing. Yes, you sacrificed for them. And also, yes they never asked you to do that. And each generation needs to do what it needs to do. Just like the earlier fight with Claire and HRG. Both are right and both are wrong. But mostly? Forcing yourself into someone's mind until they bleed? Wrong!!! Bad Matt! Damn, guys! I know you're all bonding over cars and stuff, but you don't spill your plans in front of the enemy!! Dumb, dumb, dumb! Two daughters pass each other, on their different paths. Metaphor much? And of course it all goes horribly horribly wrong. Zap, goes Elle! Crash, go Claire and West! Insane-o "if you die, Bob, the company dies", goes HRG! And bang bang, got your eye, goes Mohinder. Oh, Mohinder. What the Elle hell are you doing?!? "The last thing I said to my dad is I hate you." Never get a chance to take it back. Now a montage about dads. (Definitely the ep theme, even without momma P spelling it out completely.) But not really about dads. About what's changable and what's not. Which is the longer underlying theme. And everybody has stuff to think about. Mohinder and Elle and Matt. And they're raising the dead with Claire's blood. HRG is back in the Company's clutches. Eeeep!! Quite the cautionary tale.

She must be controlling them now. I like watching their powers evolve. And it looks like we might get a Christmas Carol type scene with Hiro and his dad. Nice comparison!

Elle's own father turned her into an executioner? Nice. and he seems to be using her sexuality to entice men, too. their relationship almost makes the twins' look normal. Eeeep! Now you're scaring me!! ;D
