Can we try Wendy's contact and phone number? Or are the cops already working with the Fire Department and refuse? I just don't get it. What are they frickin' afraid of? AAAAAARGH.... {{{{{Sara}}}}} {{{S'cubies}}} {{{Patti}}} Matthew's getting in touch with Wendy's contact right now.

I just talked to a guy from Houston's EMS. He said to call him with all the info. His number is 713-884-3143. edited to say: Never mind, I see that Diane has it all under control. {{hugs Diane}} Can Diane call this guy at EMS?

AAAAAARGH.... {{{{{Sara}}}}} {{{S'cubies}}} {{{Patti}}} Okay, time to call in a false gas leak. What do they want? The newspapers, the mail and the neighbors and the medical condition aren't enough cause to break in. God, if she lived in an apt, they would have already opened the door by now. Stupid, unhelpful police. Call the Fire Dept. I say.

Oh, I'm getting a serious hate on for the Houston PD. A cop told Diane off the record that if she breaks in, either by herself or by employing a locksmith, she'll be arrested. I'm gonna have their guts for garters, their spine for coat racks, and their skulls to drink beer out of. You're kidding?! I can't believe this. Why won't they do anything? It's unbelievable.

Effing piece of CRAP Houston police department. It appears the cops won't break into the house--they told Diane they could get a locksmith out there tomorrow. Just picture every pissed off smiley you can imagine and put it here... WHAAAT?!This is complete garbage! I can't believe this! and to tell Diane that she would be arrested if she tried to get in the house?! Unbelievable! Frelling unbelievable!

I'm just mind boggled and feel beyond helpless.

What will that mean? Can the medical unit force the police to break in? Can they break in? Not sure yet. Oh, and if anyone asks--Matthew's a member of Patti's family.

Oh my God, thank you Matthew and EMT guy!! Yes, yes - and to Wendy and her helpful husband! To all of you who've helped and who've just been here - this makes me feel so helpless and alone - except not so alone, knowing you are all here. Poor Diane. Diane - when you get back to this board, please know how much your efforts are appreciated.
