Thanks to you both for the URL I requested (deborah on the fic thread and Nan in the last part). Nicki--go back to sleep! No, I am NOT just posting to rack up numbers--what a horrible thing to think! Sorry, Sue. The phone woke me up.

FX is starting over with Season 1. Somehow the end of BtVS didn't seem so final until FX showed Chosen.

Diane - this is just to alert you that SOMEONE (me) has just called you a name over in the nerd alert thread! But I participated and that's the important thing. PS> Loved the pics of you and Patti that she posted on the pic thread. That costume of yours is amazing. Gosh, Spring, it's bad enough you call her names (which, by the way, I think is so mean and it is something I would NEVER do. *coughs* Hussy *cough*) but then you have to point it out to her?! Sheesh. That's just cold.

Just to inform you guys that I have started a new thread, simply entitled "Gilmore Girls" if anyone is interested in discussing that show that has added a Buffy writer (Jane Espenson), and a Buffy alum to its recurring cast (I won't say who, in that it might be considered spoiler-y; but please be warned that it is mentioned who the cast member is on the thread, but not the context in which that cast member appears). I beg your forgiveness if anything I've just said is a spoiler. Please don't beat me like Dalton, and, please enjoy the thread if you're interested. No Angel spoilers wanted. Anything you say about another show is not our problem here.

Okay, I know that it looks like I broke the board because as soon as I posted my last post, we got the dreaded "N/A by N/A" thingamabob but I swear I didn't do it!
I swear it wasn't me. I'm placing my money on Spring.

Now it's back to normal but it says there are only 3 posts in this part. Huh. Once again, and certainly not for the last time, a computer has stumped me. Oh, I'll break in Angel any time he wants. He just needs to name the time and place and I am so there!

There is nothing in there restricting you to one season. Or any number of posts. You can do ANY season. Doesn't anybody read instructions? No Diane. No one does.

If anyone's interested, I posted an article about earworms over on the Unspoiled thread. I figured it was a bit off-topic for this thread, being as you're all so focused and serious (Ha!). Thank you Anne. I bless you a thousand times that you didn't post it here.

FX is starting over with Season 1. Somehow the end of BtVS didn't seem so final until FX showed Chosen. I know what you mean. I was sobbing like a baby this morning before work. No more Buffy - no more Scoobies. Life's not fair! The music really got to me this time, too, in the fight scene - it was so stirring. The Scoobies final walk down the halls of Sunnydale High choked me up, as did their making light of the apocalypse and frustrating Giles in the process. Xander searching for Anya and his little joke to Andrew - I could feel his pain. Got to stop now.

I have to post what poor Tabitha did yesterday. She brought home some graded papers that she, apparently, hadn't looked at yet. She saw a paper that she got 2/8 on (she didn't read the directions, correctly). She freaked out. "Oh no, I got an F. I've never gotten an F before! I don't want a grade like that" It took me a half hour to calm her down, telling her it was just one grade. She then told me she was going to take the paper back today and see if she could redo it. Before bed last night she said "Mom, I promise I'll never bring a grade home like that again". She's in first grade, people. I have a feeling she is going to be one of those kids that will get ulcers over her grades. Jordan, on the other hand, flies her D- flag proudly

This was posted by WtB on page 29 of Part 65 early this morning and then the Part was closed on page 30 so I'm reposting it here for those who missed it.... ************************ Psssttt... wanna know something? The Soulful Spike Society has something new, something great, something absolutely fantabulous!
Our hard working technopagans and staff have heard your cries and have done something about it. I suggested we improve the soundproofing and maybe invest in gags, but my wussy staff came up with another solution. "It's more 'friendly',"they said. I gave them a few minutes and I, grudgingly, admitted it sounded very good.
So, with that, the Soulful Spike Society is pleased to announce the creation of the Master Avatars Registry Site (MARS). While this is a new perk for Master S'cubies, it actually enhances the site for all S'cubies. Masters will have an official place to park their own avatars while they are using one. Non-master S'cubies and N'ubies will be able to peruse the avatars to avoid accidently stealing a "registered" Master S'cubie's face, thus allowing peace and harmony (the state of bliss, not Spike's "old tumble") to reverberate thru the S3.
This new program will be administered by Patti, Rae, and Betsy L.
I could spend a lot more time explaining this but instead, I'll allow Patti to have that honor. Sooo... details are in the Master Avatar Info thread here on the S3 Message Board, and that's where questions concerning avatar registery should be posted and will be answered. Patti has composed a very nice FAQ there that should pretty much cover all the basics.
And that's pretty much it! Be sure to check out the Avatar Info thread and then go see the faces of MARS!
