Dear Santa:
Forget it. You like us bad anyway, right? Adds spice. How 'bout, instead of coal (which destroys the environment anyway) you give me:
1) Entrance to the grad school of my choice 2) My own berth on Serenity 3) A chance to play doctor with Dr. Tam (or at least a pretty picture to look at) 4) Chocolate. Dark chocolate. 5) Something to read that makes me giggle like a little girl 6) A wealthy patron of my arts (I understand this might take some time) 7) A lovely young man to warm my cockles (of the heart! Get your mind out of the gutter, Santa! Geez!)

Dear Mrs. Santa:
I'm posting to you instead of your spouse because you'll understand my wishes better. I've been good and naughty in fair proportion and at appropriate times. My wish list is as follows:
1. A new, romantic and not TOO graphic B/S fanfic to read. 2. Something sparkly to wear in my ears or on my fingers or around my neck. Or all three. If that sparklie(s) is weighed in carats, so much the better. 3. New entries in my poetry thread for me to respond to. 4. Health and financial security for all my family and friends. And me. 5. Love and laughter spiced with just enough tears for them to have meaning. 6. A wonderful new RenFaire season that won't exhaust me too much to keep up with my S'Cubie family. 7. A new avatar or two that reflect my personality or mood. 8. Hugs. Lots of them. 9. ScubieFest II
and last, but not least,
10. A virtual gifter who is imaginative and playful.

No clever intro, just gimme the good stuff! ;D
1. Time; especially time to spend at S3 2. A posting party. Maybe pick a night when one of our shows is in reruns and invite everyone over. 3. Shirtless James Denton 4. A fic rec (of course). Since I don't do livejournals much something there would work. Preferably Spuffy. 5. A book rec--something sci-fi and fun and preferably not too deep. 6. A new weekly TV show starring JM or news that Joss is looking into a new Buffy-verse show maybe with Faith, et al. 7. A Guest VM reviewer for one of my weeks. 8. A collection of Giles-quotes to use with my avatar.

Dear Santa, I've been a good adequate nice I haven't killed anyone this year, which is pretty good, some things considered, so how about a few nifty-cool prezzies: - A really good post-NFA fic in which neither Fred nor Wesley stays dead (Santa, I rarely read fanfic, but this I'd make an exception for) - A sexy or sweet Luke and Loralei avatar, for my less Fredly moments - Someone sexy to stuff my Christmas stocking ( ) (Hey! Santa knows what I mean!) - Yummy Christmas candy or cookie recipies - Surprises of all shapes and sizes - Oooh! (stealing from Sue) - a recommendation for a good science fiction novel that I haven't read yet. - Nekkid AD! Nekkid Brad Pitt! Uh, sorry, where was I? - House elves that actually show up and wash the frickin' dishes, 'cause, damn. - I'll be back if I think of something new.

Dear Santa,
Have I been good? Of course I've been good--I have no life. And while the Sox winning the World Series is already the best gift I could have gotten, a few accoutrements to go with it wouldn't hurt my feelings...
1. Chocolate is never of the bad. 2. Nathan Fillion on my doorstep holding a dozen roses. In lieu of that, I'd settle for a guy who looks twice. 3. Something to read that pulls me right into the story and doesn't let go, even if it's three in the morning and I have to go to work in a few hours. 4. A successful first journal that convinces the trustees I'm worth a big raise. 5. A new recipe for something sweet and tasty (presuming #2 doesn't happen, of course). Actually, recipes of any sort are always fun. 6. Someone to sponsor my participation in the World Series of Poker. 7. Green Monster seats for a Sox/Yankees game at Fenway. 8. Inspiration so I don't completely suck as a Secret Santa. 9. A Wesley clone of my very own. 10. Not to have any reason to use the Louisville on my friends' behalf. 11. Something that'll make me laugh. 12. Anything that'll brighten my day.
Thanks so much for your consideration,
Sara

Dearest darling Santa; You know I love you the best, the others were mere flirtations. I've been a very good little girl but I promise to be bad if you'll bring me . . . . 1) Some pretty pretty pics of Spike or Xander or Angel or Wes or Gunn or Giles or Oz or . . . well, you get the drift. 2) A lovely new Dru avatar/icon thing-y. One that does justice to her beauty and power and insanity. 3) A nice chilled bottle of champagne, some good Belgian or Viennese chocolate, and fresh raspberries. 4) Peace on Earth. Well, and the rest of the universe too, if that's not too much to ask for. 5) Socks. Really. I always ask for socks. Really! I like soft, fuzzy, not too tight on the ankle, cotton socks in fun, wacky colors. Sometimes with pictures on them. Sigh. Go ahead and laugh.6) A fun little mock story made up of all the lines Dru ever said. 7) A clone of me so that I can send it to work and spend more time on my Jossverse obsession. ;D 8) The skill and talent to provide some very nice things to whoever I end up being secret santa for. 9) The map and key to that hidden treasure chest of amazingly good Spander fic that I've never read. 10) The announcement of a new Buffyverse series. 11) A great new job for each of Joss' talented actors (especially JM) - but they all have to still leave time for them to be in that new series. Dear Santa (IF that's your real name):
First of all, I hope that rumor I heard from Anya about you isn't true. It was already creepy enough to hear that lyric from "Santa Claus Is Comin' To Town" regarding you watching us all when we sleep. Gave me nightmares, I'll tell you.
Ok, on with the list:
1. Probably the rarest and hardest gift to find: a sexy/fluffy fanfic featuring the Buffy/Xander pairing.
2. Something that tastes incredibly good that I'm allowed to eat (ok, scratch that comment about #1 being the hardest).
3. Eliza pics, Eliza pics, Eliza pics.
4. Sarah pics, Sarah pics, Sarah pics.
5. Charisma pics, Charisma pics, Charisma pics.
6. Blucas pics, Bluc...wait a minute...got carried away. Cancel that.
7. A really good lasagne recipe. I'd like to make dinner for my family on Christmas Eve, and we try to do something different each year. I've decided on Italian.
8. Three more wishes. Wait, wrong game...
Ok, that's all I've got. Thanks.
Rob.

Dear Santa: I still believe in you, for your tendency to bring me tools on Christmas morning. Who knew Santa shopped at Sears? I've been good by some definitions this year, so, I'm asking for: - Wonderfalls the series on DVD -fully fashioned stockings made for someone my size. -a platoon of house-elves brave enough to face my house. -a clone of Willow. And Tara. And Fred. And Cordelia. Or pictures of same in various states of sexy undress. -Some high explosives. -my lover and mate here for a visit. -A funny, witty fic rec that will have me choking in laughter. Or at least filled with chortles. -Julianne Moore here for a visit. -a set of spin-tights. Metric and SAE. -A new slinky black dress. -The Carl Barks Library (or the location of some good high-quality online versions of Bark's Donald Duck and Uncle Scrooge comics. ) -a five-wire bale of $50 bills. Non-sequential. -a bottle of Laphroig. -Lindsey Lohan here for a visit. -News that Sarah is preggers. -guys for all my gal friends that want one. Ones that meet with my approval, of course. -A new Farscape series. -A new Jossy series. -See's butterscotch kisses. Enough to drown in.

Dear Santa,
I hope you're recovered enough from last year's incident to forgive me and read this letter. Maybe you'll be in a good enough frame of mind to consider one or two of the things on my list if, by now, you're able to open it unassisted. If not, let me once again apologize sincerely. I didn’t realize anyone could even have that bad an allergic reaction to latex.
Okay, moving on to the list:
· Time in a bottle I can uncork at night after my kids go to bed · Ficcy things of any pairing except Giles and any of the Scoobies · Paintbrush and paintable chocolate · Music. Any kind of music. Pretty is good. Unusual is even better. · Piccy things of anybody but SMG (I like her fine, just not like that) · Funnies – jokes, pictures, stories, insano stuff. Laughing is a Very Good Thing.
I’ll be back if I think of anything else.
<edit> Music in the form of piano sheet music - or a place to get it (preferably free) online. That would be sweet...

Dear Santa (may I call you Santa?), I hope you’ve been good this year. Myself, I’m always a good boy. Well, alright, I’m bad occasionally, but it’s a good sort of badness. Please consider the following suggestions for my presents this year. 1) Fred. Can I have Fred for Christmas? I know that sounds a bit- Oh, never mind the politics. Can I have Fred for Christmas? 2) In the event that this proves difficult, a picture of Fred I’ve never seen would be nice (though finding a Fred pic or screencap I’ve never seen might also prove difficult). 3) AtS Season 6, with a Fresley happy ending. I could fund it myself if I had a big enough lottery win, so you must be able to manage it with all your mysterious and magical ways. 4) The chance to make a few choice plot suggestions to Joss Whedon. 5) A well-written Fresley fanfic that resolves happily and doesn’t contain any nasty sex. Happy sex is another matter. 6) An original edition of Bleak House in its chapbook format. 7) A job would make a good present, something in research, perhaps. 8) The ideas for thirty best-selling novels. 9) A bucket. 10) World peace, universal happiness, unconditional love for all, etc., etc. It’s the afterthought that counts.

From: rae@raelee.com Sent: Wednesday, November 17, 2004 11:18 AM To: SexyRedSuit@thenorthpole.com Subject: IMPORTANT! Read this one! Hola Sexy Red Suit, I know I'm only supposed to use this email for 'personal' exchanges but it's the only way I'll know for sure that you've gotten my Christmas list. Send my smooches to Mrs. Klaus. Tell her that I'll be leaving some extra 'goodies' for her with your cookies Christmas Eve. (You just be sure to take care in getting them back home to her, m'kay?) I don't need to tell you how I've been. After all, you'd know best. I know you're a man who always delivers and, given things I've asked for the in the past, this list should be a cinch, darling. Here it is, in no particular order: - Season 8 of Buffy - Season 6 of Angel - a new job - a trip to New Zealand - my own Bed & Breakfast in New England - motivation to write - a muse - Oz, all wrapped up in my bed with a bow on his... well, feel free to be creative there - sneakers that won't cause blisters - a reason to smile - new books by all of my fave authors - something sweet and something tangy - someone to love If you can get me ALL of that, I promise never to listen those who say you don't exist [again]. Thanks bunches! Love, Rae PS - Will you be in the chatroom tonight? Looks to be an exciting night! I hear Mr. Floppy is going to clear up all the rumors going around about him and T.Fairy. He swears he kept his ears to himself but you know how he likes to hop around. See you there!
