Interestingly enough, I'm related to a bunch of Lafleurs... sadly, I doubt this episode is about them, though. Nah, but I daresay you'd like a lot to be close to this Lafleur. No, stay away from my Sawyer Lafleur!! It'd be like incest! What am I saying? The more the merrier. Feel free to join in, and you can bring Jack with you . . .

Oh, poor woobie Sawyer! Everytime I see him all confuzzled and hurty I just want to take off his shirt and comfort him. Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee yay yay yay yay yay!!!!!!! Giant four toed foot statue is all better!!!!! Ah, damn! And now we're gonna jump away from the fascinating way way back in time time. I mean, yay that they're not gonna all die from time-jumping badness, but boo that we're not back in the time of the statue people. LOL! LOLA! You are such a giver.I missed the giant four-toed statue. *rewinds dvr* I am. I'll give 'til he drops! And, well, we didn't actually see its toes, but it was a giant statue and that's good enough for me!

So that was Paul.
This is moving with remarkable speed and transparancy for a LOST episode.
"Boat from Tahiti" if anyone can pull it off, Sawyer can.
Heh. Too much knowledge of the sonic fence.
Sweet! you can slip the fence just by wearing earplugs?
Three years later.. so they're real incognito.
And I am so turned on by Mechanic!Juliet that I can't express it.
Amy knows more about them than anyone else, I'm guessing.
HAH! Knew we were gonna get that side-effect.
"For our people" Do they mean Rose and Bernard, et al. or what?
Wow! a successful birth! that means the two-term jinx comes in later?

Truce? They have an agreement with the "hostiles" maybe? And this screwed it up? Heh! "I'm a professional. I used to lie for a living." Dharma woman is suspicious. Which I can understand. And of course she had them zapped. Jump forward in time now. Ooooh, baby being born? Get Juliette! Only she's now a mechanic. Heee! And she's all thinking the baby will die, but I'm thinking Sawyer is more right. I mean, the babies were dying before she got there, so I don't think it's her. I think it was something that started happening after this time and before she was recruited the first-later time. (Heee! Language is fun in time travel stories. ;D )

Sawyer with sexy glasses! Oh lordy lordy yes, sweet merciful zeus yes! Um. I mean, I agree that he is very attractive with the glasses and the hair and the smile and the action man stuff and . . . . Basically? I agree. I tend to think any baby-arriving moment would freak him out, but he may be extra freaky due to those problems . . . I know! Language = fun, yes? ;D

Meanwhile, three years earlier....
James LaFleur. Boat captain.
Nice plausible story, salvaging the Black Rock.
"You are not Dharma material"
Juliet's got plenty of confidence in him.
"record is spinning again"
"not on the song we want to be on"
Oh! Baby Charlotte! Sadness.
So they spent a lot of time here, and Ben neither recognizes all of them later, nor do they kill him as a child? Is this pre-Ben, or Ben-concurrent? Ben, I can see being close enough to keep his mouth shut despite the weird shit. Though..
FRAK, I need a timeline!!!! with loops drawn in!
Whee! Richard!

Sawyer spins his tale. Dropping in little bits of the truth, makes the lies spinning prettier. Only allowed to stay if you're a Dharma-ite. Heh! "You are not Dharma material." Oh, wow! And there's Charlotte. So, you get to fulfill the whole telling her she's gonna die thing. Alarms! So, is this like a raid by "hostiles" or something? Is that . . . Richard? Yes! It's pretty pretty Richard!! **goes to happy place, where Sawyer and Richard and Sayid run free**

So that was Paul. This is moving with remarkable speed and transparancy for a LOST episode. It is being rather straightforward, isn't it? I wonder if she also changed the frequency or something? Changed it so earplugs would work? 'Cuz otherwise wouldn't the "hostiles" figure it out? Well, considering how Richard just wandered in, perhaps they have . .. That's what I'm thinking. Where are they?! That's what I'm thinking. Which begs the question, what starts the problem?

"Truce. Which you've now broken"
So when they shot the people they broke the truce?
So the Arrow has heavy ordinance?
"Buddy out there with the eyeliner"
Heh. Sawyer has an "in" with Richard....
"Not yet, but I'll figure something out"
Didn't he meet Richard in the fifties?
Oh, he was there, but not near enough to Richard. Got it.
Okay, so.
"Need some kind of justice"
So they're gonna use Paul as a scapegoat? Yep.
"Completely your choice" my ass. "You don't want to give in to them? We will suffer the consequences" isn't at all emotional blackmail. No sir.
So Juliet wants to bug off. 1974. timestamp.
Aw! he wants her to stay! he's proposing team-mateship!
"Gimme two weeks" for a conman. This will wind up lasting a while.
Yep. He got her to marry/shack up with him. Nice.
FRELL! Only like, ten minutes left?

Fence doesn't keep the "hostiles" out. Hmmmm. Heh! Your buddy out there with the eyeliner. ;D Go talk to Richard, Sawyer! If anyone can be told the truth, he can be. "Ain't my people, hoss." **swoons** Heh! Yep, tell Richard all about it. His people will need something . . . the body of the dead guy? Yep. I suppose to prove that folks were lost on both sides. And thus Sawyer earns a bit of time to try to find the other Losties. And Sawyer keeps focuing on Locke, why isn't he asking about Rose and Bernard and so on?! **gets even more afraid that they died from the arrows or whatever** Hmmm. Obviously they don't leave, so why? Does Sawyer convince them? Or do they head off and find they can't cope with being in the past? Or does the island not let them leave? Flash forward again. Flowers for . . . Juliette, I'm thinking? Yep, they got together. Awwwwwwwwwwww.

"Truce. Which you've now broken" So when they shot the people they broke the truce? Or, were the Dharma folks breaking the truce first, like being someplace they weren't supposed to be? And so the "hostiles" got all hostile and killed the guy nad were gonna kill her and etc. etc.? **nods** Dude! This ep is speeding by!
