Welcome to Part 1060 of the Soulful Spike Society Main Thread.
You know, sometimes Wednesdays are even worse than Mondays. I mean, you've already lived through Monday and Tuesday...and then Wednesday comes along and reminds you there's still more than two days until the weekend. Luckily for us, our generally smutty behavior in Erinland can take the sting out of the day. And if that doesn't work? EXTERMINATE!
You know what really gets us going? I mean, enough to stick the plunger of death in your face? Spoilers in this thread! They belong in the Spoiled Souls thread; if you want to talk about casting spoilers, the little ghosty button above is for you and if you want to talk about a show that just aired, please mark in BIG LETTERS.
Got a burning desire to ELUCIDATE? PONTIFICATE? Check out our Open Topics Thread. Just remember, there's no place there to FLAGELLATE yourselves or others, 'kay?
How about discussing some of your favorite TV shows? Whether you want to discuss the Oncoming Storm or CELEBRATE Misha Collin's angelic...performance, the I Love, Love, LOVE TV thread for some awesome TV talk, as well as show threads for Torchwood, Doctor Who, Dollhouse, and our ongoing Buffy/Angel 'fest.
And before your bad day makes you want to ELIMINATE every other human, check out our website! We've got fanfic, pretty pictures, and reviews (like our brand spanking [if a little behind] new Dollhouse reviews written by ME). Who knows? You might change your mind after that.
So, whether you want to chill or plot world destruction, we're here to MOTIVATE. Enjoy, S'cubies!

Great opener, Erin. Good morning Diane. Bringing over Matthew's link from the last page of the previous part: sanantonio.craigslist.org/cto/1257065913.html[Truly funny craigslist ad for a car.] I like the fact that the pictures show it out in the wilderness, mountains in the background, no road in sight.

Fantastic opener, Erin!! (Except, if you are referring to the Misha I've been gushing over, it's Misha Collins, not Misha Barton. )

The Chameleon's Dark Nebulae Credit & Copyright: Andrey Kuznetsov Explanation: [/b]The Chameleon is a small constellation near the south celestial pole. Boasting no bright stars, it blends inconspicuously with the starry southern sky. But, taken in dark skies over Namibia, this image reveals a stunning aspect of the shy constellation -- a field of dusty nebulae and colorful stars. Blue reflection nebulae are scattered through the scene, but most eye-catching is the complex of silvery dust clouds that only faintly reflect starlight, punctuated by dense dark nebulae. The dark nebulae stand out because they block out background stars. This view of the cosmic dust clouds spans about 4 degrees on the sky.

JULIA!!Sheriff Andy = Ty OlssonI have a feeling you recognize him most recently from BSG, where he played a captain who at first was with the mutineers but in the end went back to Adama's side.

And love your avatar--it's such a relief from All Misha All the Time some of the others. ;D I'm looking forward to Leverage's return, too.

And can I just say that *I*, at least, am convinced the American League is (recently) the stronger league? Or, at the very least, has the better coaches? I know, I know - only one game a year, they don't play as a team before that, yadda yadda yadda...but that's true for both sides, and yet the NL hasn't won since 1996. They do tend to oscillate, so in a few more years it should flip to the NL, but for now.... Oh, and the presence or absence of the DH seems to make no difference at all. Both leagues play equally well (or badly) with either set of rules.
