I knew you'd posted the pdf, but for some reason I thought the E! thing came out later today. They finished shooting yesterday. Julia, yay, and also yay. EW did two articles, one right after the news came out, which is the one I linked to, and the one with the interviews that you linked to this evening. And seriously, how in the hell *did* they keep Fillion from tweeting about it during the filming? They must have taken his phone away or broken his fingers or something. Or made him only use his phone for Ninja Ropes.

And seriously, how in the hell *did* they keep Fillion from tweeting about it during the filming? They must have taken his phone away or broken his fingers or something. Or they respect Joss just that much although with Nathan I wouldn't be surprised if there wasn't some sort of drugs, hypnosis, or phone theft involved: chatty, he is! I'd lost track of what had been posted, today was a veritable festival of laundry, and I still don't have chick portraits done; I figured out what to do to photograph them (a lizard/mouse/hamster tank) and how to keep them straight so I don't miss any or make any duplicates (take them out of their brooders, put them in a deep plastic bucket, move them one at a time to their stage, and then put them back with their food and water and fuzzy pink mommie, the old mohair sweater). So now all I need is however long it's going to take between feeding and watering the outside chickens and doing another bunch of laundry. Julia, it would be ever so much nicer to have help instead, but I shall persist.

Well, I thought we were due for a change; fresh spanking new part.... There's spanking? Where's Lola? Some people enjoy it, or so I'm told. Lola? Dunno. She should be here. We need her.

At work. Performance review today. Howcum I'm all kinds of jittery even though I really don't give a damn? I mean, really? I learned years ago that I'd never be promoted in the current political environment. I make a satisfactory living and there's little they could do to me. Hell, I'm eligible for retirement from here on out and am just staying until I reach full retirement age and can get my full benefits. Even if I have to wait the year that the goverment forces on us before we get our first full benefit check (yes! You hear right. A year of partial payments until the real thing starts) I have enough in the bank to sustain me. So why the nerves? 'Splainy somebody. Diane *raging burnout*EDIT: Surprisingly good review. He likes my communication skills and gave me the highest rating. About the best review I've gotten since I work here. Go figure.

Good for the positive review, Diane!
Me, I have done sixty-gazillion things, still haven't taken chick pics, and am about ready to collapse; of course I thought it was an hour later than it is so, ha ha HA I can actually lie down and get a little rest, so there. But tired? OMG, need a day off.
I'd get a pedometer to show my doc but I suspect it'd just make me tireder

Very nice! Time for a scubieboard name change? Better? Much!! Good S'cubie thoughts needed for my friend and co-worker who is having thyroid cancer surgery today. She has been very upbeat about it all, and has an excellent head and neck surgeon doing the surgery.

Makes you wonder what the hell is up. Something about the West side of Ottawa, I think. Speaking of vibes for co-workers, I have another one who is off the coast of Cancun on an island who managed to get a flight out tomorrow morning ahead of Rina. Hopefully all goes well. That is all for now.

Life, man, what can you do about it?
COLD here, for here, for October, although it hasn't frosted yet. Mostly cold inside because I'm using the amperage on the GFI circuit to power heat for the chicks, and the heater in the dining room is complicated beyond use. It waas 63F in the living room this morning, ugh.
Have The Help coming in for the day, must buzz around and get things.
Julia, waiting for the corresidents to get off to work so I can shower and dress.
