A. I don't want the mechanic lady to die. B. Does Sylar really think he can kill the folks Mohinder leads him to and Mohinder won't catch on? The guy's thick, but he ain't that thick. Prezactly.

Me neither. I like her. I liked her, too. I want to see one of the good ones live for once. You did. Claire.

Well. That was...wait for it...unexpected.
I mean the part where Isaac shot Simone. Simone dying, that I was expecting.

Terrific episode. Just terrific. So much to like and a great, great ending. But - hello, Mohinder. Wake up and smell the psycho serial killer. How could you NOT know it was Sylar when he's twitching and acting weird all over you. You can be the next to go as far as I'm concerned. I'm evil but yea that Simone is gone. Kickass way to kill her off. Flying Peter is just all kinds of hot. That was awesome. And love the fact that Matt can do something besides talk to his wife. This is an interesting Triumverate isn't it? Go Claire! Agreed on pretty much all counts. The ep was great, Mohinder is completely useless, and actually dangerous to be around, now - he's been little other than a walking phone book anyway. I'm not gonna miss Simone (because I pretty much hardly noticed she was there anyway), and I'm sorta grumpy about the trauma they're about to inflict on both boys, who will of course feel (and to different degrees, actually be) responsible for her death. And Claude isn't really gone, is he? *sob*

Just saw where someone pointed out that Peter once met Eden, so perhaps that's where the deep scary voice came from. Interesting. He wouldn't know about that power, but he might still have it (and any other he's been exposed to) waiting to be discovered. I LOVE that the guy who understands people is the one who's gonna be the most kickass hero on the planet....

I had a thought this morning about Simone. What if Peter got more from Claire than self-regeneration power. What if he is also able to morph that into a 'healing' power? *snerk* I laugh, because when she got shot, I was thinking, "Damn, Peter. Too bad you never met a Whitelighter." In my opinion, though, she looked pretty definitively dead. The "last gasp, blank stare, head loll" thing.

Well, he now has Sylar's ability to alter DNA, yes? So he could alter Simone's and give her a bit of Claire's regenerative mojo. I doubt it. For starters, Sylar's never been shown to be able to alter anyone's DNA but his own. And secondarily, Peter (and Sylar) are already damn-near unbeatable. It'd be bad writing to add "can give other people powers and also can make up new ones for himself" to the repertoire.

Suresh contacted Matt. Matt's unnecessarily wary of Suresh because of Daddy Bennett.

Part II
All a partner ever does is drag you under or screwing you over. A partner helps by believing in you. He keeps you honest.
You take on a partner, and all you get is their blood on your hands.
Suresh has an inhibitor.
Understanding, control, elimination
About Daddy Suresh. Even if I could come face to face with him, what difference would it make? Justice could never be served.
Maybe you shouldn't trust Dad so much. I would at least not least not depend so much on the patriarch.
What are you doing? Something unexpected.
Kickass flying, dude.

You're better than this.
Claude stayed invisible to hide from Daddy Bennett.
the marks are for the lucky ones. What happens to the unlucky ones?
Nathan thinks he'd be burned at the stake because that's what he'd do.
where Peter saw hope, you saw disaster. I guess I'm voting for the other guy.
Hiro and Ando end up in the middle of some one else's battle.
Hey he's got his power back!
Sylar comes back to kill Superhearing Lady. I hope Suresh catches on soon.
Sylar has no footsteps? What?

I liked her, too. I want to see one of the good ones live for once. You did. Claire. True. Now, I want to see one of the newly introduced good ones live for once. Everytime they've introduced a new and likeable 'hero' lately, they've killed them off.

Thank you both for all the food for thought. I do think that his power to regenerate is going to morph somehow into a healing power. Hiros power has morphed from stopping time, to hopping time and and space, to stopping and reversing time... Probably too late for Simone, maybe.
