Thank you. Pee Wee Herman isn't on my see-at-all-costs list. Of course, I guess other 'lucky' people got to see him for free (smirk.)

Not really. It was included with the cost of their admission to the movie ....

Was it Giles or Spike who initially identified Angelus as Spike's sire (can't remember)?

I'm turning in - see everyone tomorrow when I come to the board after work and get whapped with 300+ more posts. It was so lovely actually being up with everybody for a little while. (Okay, I skipped 2/3 of Part 34 to do it but who's counting?)
G'night. Oh, oh---
P.S. What about Spike only wearing a towel?
Around his neck?
Must add that to my new occasional wardobe list. Now I have to ponder color...

As I recall, the only link made to Angelus was done by Spike, with the line "You were my sire, my Yoda." No link prior, no link since. And that particular line is open to interpretation.

well, Spring, I stick with the way I used it. Doing both boards at once, with the multiple conversations and talking to myself because I'm always behind. I think I used the word right. I do know the difference, have for ages. Patti T.

I think Spike said that to Angelus in the episode School Hard. That Angelus was his sire, of course we now know that Dru actually sired Spike. One of those pesky writers changed the history in a later episode. I hate when that happens. It's too confusing.

Went on the new board but am still having trouble finding my way around. I'll keep trying! Night, Patti. Betsy Buckmaster

David, I didn't even know you had used that word too. I missed that post. This is freaky. And since I didn't see the post I don't know if you used it wrong. But I used it right. :-)

. Betsy said: Oh, and the black duster may need to be replaced if what he said about its rankness at the convention was true.
Betsy, I'm hoping he DID get to keep the duster. I don't think it ever ended up in the auction after all...
He needs a NEW coat, for sure. I mean, I can see HIM rising from the ashes, but not really wearing the coat. Or the boots, or the shirt or the jeans....oh yeah...

I used it on the other board, in reference to how William keeps signing his posts as Vlad (as if they were the same person or something), etc.
But it's getting mighty scary how much you and I seem to think alike. I'm telling you folks, I've become a bad influence on this once sweet, chaste flower of unspoiled innocense.....

Things I'd like to see Spike wear:
1. Sunglasses to go with the black duster
2. a black bathing suit ideal for a midnight swim
3. a pirate outfit, without eyepatch.
4. A Victorian outfit with lace at the collar...
5. A safari outfit (does Banana Republic make clothes for guys) complete with hat
6. Something Humphrey Bogart wore in Casablanca; I'm thinking white jacket and dark pants...
7. a pair of jeans, no shirt, and Spike having just been working out or killing demons
8. A formal tuxedo outfit with a tophat; something he'd wear to take Dawn to the prom (or to stalk her date in)
9. A blue denim workshirt (rolled up sleeves) and faded jeans and rugged boots - sort of Country Music Spike
10. I dunno...maybe some flowers and a smile? Gail Freeman

aHA! The Alamo HAS no basement! A clever but ultimately USELESS attempt to win the role for yourself, Spring! Stand down, little girl!

You know that and I know that, but we were mere minutes away from Alexandra buying a Greyhound ticket to San Antonio before Spring fessed up.
