Oh! Rae is so insightful. Rae you rawk!!! I forgot about the injection connection with the French woman. Danielle? Do you think she followed Sayid? Or is too afraid to go too far away from her hole? Did you notice that the lamp in Claire's dream about Locke was the same lamp that was in the room with the psychic? I didn't notice that but it makes sense. What did Locke say to her in the dream? Something about how she let someone else take the baby? Darn, I need to rewatch that now.

Don't know if it's pertinent, but "Rom" is what Gypsies call themselves--or "Romany." Might it tie in with the fortune teller/palm reader?
I'll have to watch the last 40 minutes again because Mary called to tell me about her vacation, and since I was taping it, I just turned resolutely away and listened to my friend.

Wait, though, what if it wasn't Ethan who attacked Claire? I guess he may have needles too but we know SHE has a wicked needle. I think Ethan getting his hands on the baby is probably on the bad side. The psychic obviously feared what the child would become if not raised by Claire - enough that he would send Claire on a plane he knew would crash. I'm not sure that he knew that she would survive the crash... what if all he saw in his vision was the plane going down? Perhaps a bit of the old "hoist by their own petard/self fufilling prophesy" thing? That the bad thing he was trying to avoid will actually be caused by the action he took to avoid it? Hmmmmm. Sounds like a . . . . Joss-like plotline. ;D Lola

Couldn't you just lick the dimples in Sawyer's face? ;D Yay! A post I can relate to, even though I didn't see the episode because I had plans this evening, AND I screwed up the taping thing! So - I am clueless here, but I can say that yes, those dimples are beeee -uuuuu- teeee-ful! Thus ends my thoughts for this episode.

Hurley is totally the man!! The minute he first started talking about how they didn't know themselves, I knew exactly what he was talking about! And I wanted to smack Jack for being so . . . . dense! Lola Clever Hurley! Smart Hurley! Yes. Let's tie up Jack and smack him around a bit.

Oh, oh. As is "raised by an other?" I don't like that. Sara - you are creeping me out. How did you like the 'Alias' preview? Cool, yes? Wednesdays are gonna rule! Totally. Loved the Alias preview--and that was just the short version. They ran a longer version of the same ad during Desperate Housewives a couple of weeks ago, after which I practically squeed with delight.

Isn't that cool? Hurley was, we thought at first, a non-entity - just a helper - and he's now someone everyone needs to respect and listen to. Whose story is it next week - it didn't appear to be anyone in the passenger list - maybe French Connection Part II? I'm thinking Raised by Another Part II mixed with French Connection Part II - like, um, Raised by the French? Lola

Did you notice that the lamp in Claire's dream about Locke was the same lamp that was in the room with the psychic? Good catch. And how about Locke's eyes being replaced by the backgammon pieces? I wonder if they they were in the same positions as when Locke was showing them to Walt...
