I'm thinking somebody did somewhere once upon a time post the link. (Cause I've read it and this is the only place I'd have come across it, I think.) But, no worries. The site has grown so large and busy that repeating valuable information is considered a plus not a minus. well, i sent it to you in a private message asking where i should post it . (ah, the joys of n'ubie-hood!) maybe that's what you're thinking of, or maybe somebody posted it between my message and my post. i didn't see it on any of the VM boards when i skimmed today, though. and thanks for the welcome-back .

Very nice post!! And what a great compliment to the fans to have the creator reaching out like that! It's one of the things I love about Joss, too. Thanks for the link, artemis! It's great to see you posting, too! Lola

i really liked this ep the second time around too, lola. there were some things i noticed more clearly the second time around, too, including the ones quoted above. i was also more struck by celeste's behavior in this episode after seeing "an echolls' family christmas". i thought her line about how lilly was the cause of all the problems the family had ever had was especially chilling -- and read more ominously -- in light of later episodes. her behavior at the memorial service when compared to the behavior of those that clearly demonstrated love for lilly also struck me more this time around. if she didn't kill her or cause her death second-hand, she at least didn't seem to love lilly very much (if at all). regardless of whether she was a part of the plot, i somehow doubt she lost much sleep over lilly's death. Celeste is definitely still on my list of "watch them carefully" people. She can be so . . . controlled and contained. So when we do see her react, it makes me think it's important. Lola

Bringing parenting to a whole new level of parenting
Unleash
So Lily's an enabler. Hate to say it, but losing her, however tragic, was probably the best thing to happen to Veronica. Though I would have gone for her moving away rather than her being brutally murdered.
And Veronica's wearing red.
Pure nerd. Heh.
Lily Kane Memorial Fountain
No sharks sticker.
VHS tapes? Not DVDs?
Veronica undercover BWAH!!!!
Hand to God.
Veronica undercover BWAH!! again.
Love the camera angle of them sitting ont the couch
Wallace the Nerd. Hee.
Spanish, French and Italian
Logan borrowed his dad's tux instead of getting his own?
Logan moved here when they were 12.
Veronica and Logan are rather cordial in the flashbacks.
Oh, that guy was on Gilmore Girls
Silicon Mafia. I like it.
Poor Wallace, so out of his league.
Duncan is/was a virgin as well.
So there's video tape of homecoming
Playing I Never
Clever Veronica
So Keith's onto Troy. Yes!!
Pro Fro so Stanford ref or not only a Stanford thing?
Rearranging their hardware. Awesome! Jolt in the back up drives. BWAH HAH HAH!!!!!!!
Awwww
Damn, they sure go all out for Memorials here.
Kind, sweet, and generous maybe, but Service, Loyalty, Honor? Don't think so.
Hee!! They edited in the homecoming dance stuff. That's awesome. And Celeste is pissed while Jake is amused and brought to tears.
So Celeste is overbearing then.
So Weevil was crying too.
Homecoming II. Veronica's wearing red.
So she's going skinny dipping. Awesome.
