Oh, crap.. Helo... wow. DAMN but wow. Helo's standing up for what's rightest for him... "Wrong" about whut? So what did I step between here? (he thinks) Our blood's made out of benzene? or cyclohexane? Ooookayy. And of course, the cylon blood is apparently made out of cyclooctane. It's that octagonal thing. #rofl1# Wonderful epiphany, that. ;D

Wow. Isn't this a violation of the prophecy? and it seems to me we should be finding all the cylons we can and boffing them silly. Voluntarily, of course. Yup. Now they're gonna be all "go, mutant cylon baby, go"! ;D Will we get to see Roslin play the long game with Baltar? Yup. Well, you knew he was gonna do something wacky with it, but dang!!

The situation becomes that much more complex. Good episode! Love the reveal about Cylon blood and thinking about the effect that is going to have on the "relationship" between the humans and the Cylons. Has some real interesting possible ramifications, doesn't it? Will we see the humans setting up baby farms like the Cylons?

From the look of pain on Roslin's face when she was watching Sharon rubbing her tummy, she isn't at all happy that the cylon/human baby's blood is what cured her. ETA: A thought just occured to me - what else has the Cylon/human blood done to Roslin besides kill the cancer?

I was seeing that as her seeing Sharon as a human for the first time: pensiveness from contemplating that epiphany, rather than pain at what had saved her..

I was interrupted during the whole episode by the boys and the snow and the dog jumping around wanting attention. What really struck me during the episode was how Adama looked to be firmly in place as Roslin's watch dog and protector. Who had the epiphanies? Roslin, Baltar? Anyone else? The Cylon sympathizers were a nice twist. Of course, they'll be used by Zarac for his own agenda. Had a weird *blink* moment, when I saw the Caprica president as the detective on Chicago just an hour before. LOL!

NOT a screencap review, yet: but instead a fascinating meta-commentary on the episode..

More likely, feel a connection and empathy for the baby, while at the same time loathing that connection. Come to think of it, that could lead to an explosion.
