Part II
And they're back to Admiral and Captain(?)
Athena to the rescue
DAMN!!!!!!!!
Up to a minute exposure without a suit? In the BSGverse maybe.
Children without parents.

Part III
You jump, I jump Jack.
Whoa, that was damn cool.
So it is the wedding anniversary.
Still means something to me.
Never talked about the divorce. That explains a lot. How old were Lee and Zach.
Four walls, but no stability.
Drunk mother. That explains a lot too. Also another connection with Starbuck.
The Great Adama.
If you had made that mistake, it would just call into question all your other decisions. Bingo.
So he remembers her a loving mother and wife.
I just don't think she ever loved you.

Part IV
So Cally got it worse. Why exactly, I wonder.
Bleeding in the eye. That's bad.
Adama sees Tyrol and Cally as the couple he wishes he and his wife had been?
Is it ticking? Hee!
His grandfather's law books. Wow.
For that day when we all have the time.
Giving of books.
What ifs.
It's pretty hypothetical, until it isn't.
Mary laughs so prettily.
So sweet.
See you next year.

I have tons of questions but will try not to be too annoying. I know, I know, there is some kind of catch-up video out there that jeff watched, but I don't have the patience for that. I would rather annoy you all with "well . . . who's that?" "How come so and so doesn't know about this and that?" But I will try to keep it to a minimum. Promise!! Ask away. I'm so happy you're getting into the show!

No wonder Adama is so forgiving of Tigh... Good point.

I rewound it several times there and it is my and my buddy's belief that htere was no one in that bed but Adama and his memories. Vlad Was there something between Adama's ex and Tigh at one time? Because that's the impression I got from Adama's dreamex's comment - 'maybe I should have married him'. I was wondering that too. But they never touched on that again, did they?

*sigh* Did we like this one? Are we liking this ep? Because I fell asleep. Three times. I was kind of wondering about it, because Jacob from twop really didn't, and he generally loves the show. And I think there is some negative opinion on lj too, though I haven't actually read the posts. But I really liked it. It tied together all the bits and pieces about Carolann we've gotten (and I had totally forgotten that she and Adama were divorced before the attack) in a way that made sense and shed further light on the Adama father son relationship. This is the way to do these in between Cylon encounter episodes, IMHO.

Whoa, so there really was a blonde there? I thought it was clever intercutting of memories. I mean, after the first thought I had of "who is Adama knocking boots with?". So, I was right the first time? And he really did have someone there? Oooooh, and it's not Roslin? I rewound it several times there and it is my and my buddy's belief that htere was no one in that bed but Adama and his memories. Vlad OK, cool! That does make more sense in the context of the whole ep.

Also another connection with Starbuck. **nods** Connects Apollo to Starbuck and Adama to Tigh. **nods again** He will always have a different picture of her than Apollo will. That was an ouchie but likely very true moment.

The tensions and issues that are arising when they are not actively engaged in a battle.
