Baltar's trial begins aboard the Galactica, but the secrets he reveals might tear the fleet apart.

So we are revisting the occupation again, and all the deaths.....
Dream.
Crap. She's wandered off into The Exorcist.
Athena and Roslin chasing after Hera, only to have her picked up by Six..
Old radio. Bet you could pick up Amos 'N' Andy on that one.
What is Tigh searching for, broadcast from where?
"Testify about her drug-induced visions?"
"If there are any other lawyers..."
So who is this?
Crap, the press. I thought he wasn't allowed to speak to anyone.
BLESS someone's child?
Oh you are so god, Baltar! Just.. not hers.
Sixy!! In-head in red model.
How does one jump to the idea that a criminal on trial with a crappy propaganda book is capable of having special blessing-powers?

Roslin's having prophetic-y-like dreams again? Racing Sharon to catch Hera, but Six gets there first. Hmmmm. And it seems much like a dream that D'anna would have had. No sign of cylons and that is actually kind of worrying. What's with Tigh and the radio? What are they trying to hear? That bar is getting seriously odder each time we visit it. The President is trying to tell the prosecutor what to do? And it's not working. Oooh, ouch! Talking about Roslin's "drug induced" visions/hallucinations. Harsh. Ok, the whole "Baltar-Jesus" imagery is starting to go over the top. Even he (or at least the Six in his head) is starting to believe it.

The man just keeps surviving and morphing and the inside of his head just keeps getting weirder and weirder. Never underestimate the ability of the general public to go looney in new and surprising ways.

No credits this time..
Racetrack doing a rear-guard picket.
Twelve hours of waiting. I bet they gonna find something.
Trial in a pilot's ready room. Probably the starboard side one, as no pilots launching from there...
44,035 on the new colony.
38,808 day after...
Captain's council.. and just like the elections, everyone listening over the wireless.
Even on the refinery ship.
Oh, he did NOT really choose to be a bad guy most of the time. he was just rambunctiously incompetent. BUT that is bad enough, and it led to him doing truly traitorous acts.
Heh. Romo going for the "absurd" defense. I bet the "airlock!" speaker was a shill.
This is whatcha get for arriving to the trial late, Laura...
"Victims of a battle we had no hope of winning" No, the cylons that arrived where of the "happy joy" party, who would only kill as few as possible.
Oh crappers.
Cylons all over the place..
Five basestars.
This bodes very very poorly.
So the honchos know.
The Six is WHY they can trace them. Her and Athena.
Cylon wi-fi!!!!! They have it! It's how they download!!!!
Aw! Mom and Dad moment..
what is he smelling the thermos for? Old man enriching his coffee?
Fuel refinery ship's radiation signarture. Crapmonkeys.
Her brain is just as biological as yours, dude.
HEAD GAIUS!!! Woohoo!
Ellen was a Six!!!!!
Woohoo, headgames!!!
Wow, treating her just like Ellen! And she does it back! it's love!!

Six told Baltar a long time ago that the child would be theirs. I wonder when we'll see karaoke! That was the strangest thing. That radio looked straight out of the 60's. Yeah- he'll use that imagery to his advantage.

Ellen's thing is gonna come out. And Romo's gonna use it. "Died in the exodus from New Caprica" is all the cold-reader Romo needs. Discussion of the suicide bombing and the morality of such. "Exception" not "Objection"? REAL drunk. TAAAALL drink. Crap, he's hallucinating. PTSD coming back to haunt him. This has no relevance, but it will establish his line on traitors. Shames Ellen, though, in his eye. He never wanted people to know of her betrayal, even if it was for love. Lumpkin, you are doing a good job of establishing that the witness is prejudiced, but hey, aren't they all? WHY is he hearing oddball pop music? And the starboard side bar, just below the "courtroom" is going strong. Mysterious Indian type music that Sam and, what, Tori? can hear. Same music as Saul. Deathlist testimony.. "Discredit her testimony" "I'm a really good liar, and you're not" Oh, the system doesn not require he tell all he know. *Sigh* unfortunately, Lumpkin's got THIS part of Lee's character right...

Pilots hanging out, waiting for the cylons. "How do we measure loss?" Turning the numbers around to who survived. Nicely done. Because, yes, 5 thousand out of 44 thousand is a very dramatic loss. And out of the only 44 thousand remaining humans? Very dramatic. They're piping the trial to all the ships? Um. That sounds like a riot waiting to happen. Interesting defense. "Throw him out the airlock." Justice of the mob. Ooooh, interesting. Putting Roslin, vicariously, on the spot. Sowing a seed of doubt, what would Roslin have done if she were in charge when the cylons came. Making people wonder, what would they have done. And, right in the nick of time, there those pesky cylons are again! President wants them to ask Six - she's remembering her dream. "It's more than a feeling." So, she thinks the dream was prophetic. And Six does tell Tigh something. But with the help of the Baltar in her head (love that we're getting dueling "in their head giving advice" scenes - Six in Baltar, Baltar in Six) she successfully pushes Tigh's number one button. Oh, she frakked with his mind very nicely.

Incompetant, cowardly, playing both sides against the middle and knuckling under when caught, etc. etc. Yeah, she's got to have known everyone would be watching her actions. ;D Was it Adama's or Roslin's? Soo so so happy to see her channeling her inner Baltar again. ;D OMG, that is just soooo sick! And so true! ;D
