The Doctor can mind meld? Or something?
Shadow proclamation.
Car crash. Hmm.

I'm reporting you to the council! Heh.
So I guess kicking the door open only works if you're a man?
Beacon of love.

Fingers on lips! Lots of orange/red and blue. He needs "more friends". Oh, her mom does NOT want to be drawn. Hee! Not a cat person and a reference to the cat-nuns. LOL! Oh the cat-nuns! #duh#

Does the mother of our young artist look familiar to anyone else, or just me? She did. And yet the connection is escaping me . . . I'll likely find you guys posting the answer later, so I'll just keep reading. ;D

Fingers on lips! That was too excellent! I loved how they all just . . . did it. Confused, but they followed along. And then the one woman asking, ever so nicely, if she could say something. ;D I like when the Doctor and Rose get to pretend they're police/in charge people. They are so obviously enjoying it. Dude!! That was the moment I was certain mom knew what was going on. Well, not in the sense of actually knowing what was happening, but she knew something was up! And she was too scared to admit it. I loved the way the Doctor talked about her seeing things out of the corner of her eye, and being all "who will believe you? I will". 'Cuz it works as both something that's really happening (she's seeing the movements in the drawings out of the corner of her eye) and as a metaphor (she's not wanting to really know what is wrong with Chloe and also has been not talking about Chloe's dad). Loved that. 'Course, I loved the cat-nuns too.

Ah, that's why I recognize her—she was in Casanova with David Tennant: Nina Sosanya. See. Knew I'd just have to wait a few posts.

Part I So this time she created something out of thin air. That was really cool, wasn't it? Plus, it let us know that things could go both ways, so it was the hint that the people who were taken could probably come back. Now, that is a really intriguing question. I mean, I think she was sending all the drawn people into a created world, but not really sending them to join the other pod kid-creatures, yes? So, if she drew Chloe and sent her there, would the pod creature in her have gone along? And been stuck? Or . . . Chloe's feelings about dad, maybe?

Part II The Doctor can mind meld? Or something? Shadow proclamation. Car crash. Hmm. So, I wasn't the only one Hmmmming, eh? We're getting lots of stomp-stomp heavy foreshadowing, too, aren't we?

Part III I'm reporting you to the council! Heh. Council guy was pretty funny, wasn't he? "Not a council spaceship." ;D **snicker smirk** **goes back to humming, saphire bullets, bullets of pure love . . . **

Part IV Heh. The Doctor carrying the torch. That was wonderful. Cheesy and dorky and yet awwwwww as well. **nods** Thump, thump, I hear foreshadow-y boots falling all over the place.

I'm gonna have to watch again, 'cause I was wrapping presents and may have missed some stuff.
But I'm not happy about all the foreshadowing having to do with Rose.

Ah, that's why I recognize her—she was in Casanova with David Tennant: Nina Sosanya. A love interest, mascarading as a castrato, I believe. Heh. Mine doesn't do that.

That bit was interesting, because I think it's meant to tell us that Susan really was his granddaughter. I always wondered what happened to her parents, though.

A love interest, mascarading as a castrato, I believe. Heh. Mine doesn't do that. Be thankful. Unless a beautiful tenor is important to you, that is.
