Ooooooh! So, the active named "Alpha" went nutso 3 months and killed . . . everyone except Echo?
"They won't wake up."
A new personality. "Your hearts desire made flesh." And then it's all "wiped clean".
So, this "client" is showing us the answer to why bother with an active when you could get a prostitute or hire the original person expert in whatever. You get
exactly what you want, with no surprises that you didn't ask to be programmed in. And, complete and total clean ending. No one to bug you or intrude on your life because they don't remember you at all.
In other words, total control.
Except, of course, you put yourself in with this organization. Who know all about you and what you you hired them for.
Scientist guy is really kind of a jerk, isn't he?
I am now getting suspicious of agent Ballard's boss guy. He is soooooo determined to keep him away from his ideas about the Dollhouse and so on. Not just in a "this is a waste of time" way, I'm wondering. Maybe in a "I know about this and am trying to it secret" way?
HOLY crap!! I was gonna comment on the "you're the perfect woman" comment and now he's hunting her!
Does the Dollhouse know about this? 'Cuz they were all "no damage" about her and stuff.
Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! That's how the Doctor got her scars.
Who the hell were they imprinting Alpha with? Was the insane-o stuff just from having too many personalities in there? Did some not get erased? Or . . .
Heeee! "Got a couple of kids, found a house up in the woods, all made of candy and gingerbread . . . thought you might be interested."
Run, Echo, run!!! Eeeeeep!!
Get that damn surveillance back!!
Whoa!!!! Cop guy?!
Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeh!! Eliza Hulu commercial!!! Heeeeeeeee!!
I love those damn Hulu commercials.
"New Samuelson." Well, that's just kind of disturbing, isn't it? And scientist guy is still disturbed by what happened. "An anomoly." Hmmmmmm.
"Why not default them to ninja skills?"
"We tried that."
"And?"
"Blood, screaming, dying."
Ohhhhhhhhh, that's interesting.
"She's not a girl. She's not even a person, just an empty hat. Until you stuff a rabbit into it."
I really want to know how Boyd got involved with the Dollhouse? He obviously has issues with it, yet he's being all cynical "I don't care, I'm just here for the job". Where do they recruit their employees from, eh?
He's keeping Boyd alive so far at least, but Echo is in danger!! Eeeeep! Is this guy in cahoots with the hunter guy?
Canteen? Noooooo!
OMG. They imprinted her to trust Boyd too.
And they make it all personal and attaching for him too. This is the start of him becoming actually attached to her, isn't it? Even though he doesn't want to.
Oooooooooooooooooooooooooh!! Whateve was in the canteen is aiding whatever it is that is causing her to remember her old life!!
"Don't take it personal, dude."
"I don't."
Oh, she's remembering all sorts of stuff!!
Oh no oh no!! Now Boyd is arrowed too?
Echo is going to save them both, yes?
How many times can he listen to her be all excited or invested in the experience an implanted personality had and then it all just goes away before he snaps, I wonder? Or is it a gradual process?
"Are you here? Is this real?"
Oh. Oh, her programmed response to Boyd doesn't work.
That's interesting!! And they reverse their roles. This. Is. Cool!
"I'm gonna shoot you with the gun my 'buddy' gave me."
And now his arm is wounded like her leg was. Hmmmm . . .
"I admit I'm curious. Concerned, but curious." Satisfy his curiosity, Echo.
Damn! Fight!!
And then it all goes away. "Did I fall asleep?" Damn! It's gonna be more and more emotional to watch it get wiped away, isn't it?
Alpha killed the fake cop guy! And they told the Doctor he was dead.
"And they'd never lie to us about something like that. Would they?"
This guy **goest to look up character name** Dominic, the security guy. Does he think Echo is becoming like Alpha?
"I'm going to go swim in the pool." (Excellently creepy to hear her keep 'echoing' herself like that.)
"There's no one in there."
