Ponzi'd out? Looking for a silver lining and some adventure? I don't recommend doing time in the big house, but you might want to spend some time rehabilitating with the likes of Neal, only the best forger on the planet, and cute to boot! Welcome to the world of White Collar crime, questionable punishment and definite atonement. Here's the place to compare forgeries, plan your escapes and plot your next move.

Neal is so pretty. Pretty pretty pretty! And when he's being all flirty mcflirtson innocent, looking up at Peter with those gorgeous eyes, like he's not trying to get him to investigate this "small" museum robbery because for his own purposes and Peter totally knows he's trying to play him and gives him that grin and . . . .
It's just so slashtastic and adorable, I could melt!

Peter misses Neal and worries about him and loves him so very very much. Awwwwwww! “You can’t tell, but right now? Deep down I’m petrified.” Pretty scene staging, with the red lampshade framing the shots. “I get the apartment.” Ha! Neal! **worries about poor woobie Neal** “I’m with the FBI. I’m here to help you.” “Really? Who’s going to help you?” “I’ll admit, not the greatest rescue.” “It’s about Neal.” “I’m on my way.” **happy sigh over the sweetness** And then he asked about Neal right away once the excitement was done.

Neal sneaking around on Peter with another agent. Peter jealously checking where he’s been and Elizabeth being all sweet and “oh baby, he’s not cheating on you”. Ha! And I’m not even making that up, am I? “I gave you a shot at a better life!” “It’s not the life I want!” You can’t write more slashtastic angst if you tried! Oh come on! Sculpting? Shirtless? Smoothing his hands down the clay back of a naked male statue? You’re killin’ me here!!! **goes back to happy place** Oooooh, there goes Peter, hitting the man who’s picking on his wife and messing with his boyfriend! Yay! Neal and Peter are working together, scamming Fowler! At least they're talking to each other a bit, even if they're each hiding a bit too. I knew it! I love the use of low tech in the robbery. Simply holding something to keep the door from closing so you can sneak in; hiding a mallet inside the mallet that the statue is holding; etc. “I need to know about us.” Awwwwww! Peter! OMG, Neal calling to ask Elizabeth about her and Peter! Awwww!! OMG OMG OMG he shot him?! And then is all “tell me where he is” and Fowler is “why do you care” and I’m all because he and Elizabeth loooooooove Neal!! You have a life here, Neal, with people who care about you! Why didn’t you say goodbye, Neal? BOOM! Whoa!!

I sure hope so. She was a weak link in the storyline, IMO. And what really was the deal with the music box? So we are assuming Fowler has a mysteriously boss (black-mailer) who has an interest in Neal?

Bomb exploding the place where someone was supposedly waiting is a very very convenient way to make everyone assume that someone is dead, is what I am thinking! In other words, I think it is very likely that she is still alive.

Bomb exploding the place where someone was supposedly waiting is a very very convenient way to make everyone assume that someone is dead, is what I am thinking! In other words, I think it is very likely that she is still alive. Well, we did see her face in the window. IF that was really Kate and IF she didn't, as I speculation get off before the explosion. The timing of course made it look unlikely but heck, it's TV. Matt Bomer is always great at playing suave and debonair, but his horror at the explosion was quite good. As was his very subtle and manly crying. I mean, guys don't cry that easily (yes, I know it was acting) and really you just don't see that written in for male characters that much unless their wife or child has died. It made an impression as to how truly wrenching it was for Neal to leave Peter, who has clearly become his father/brother/primary family figure. Hey, wonder if we'll eventually get any back-story on how Neal grew up. Anything, Bomer is soooooooo much better than Superman-guy on Chuck.

I like the twist this season of Peter keeping a secret from Neal - collaborating with Mozzie, etc.

Peter and Neal – so adorable. SO ADORABLE! Ahem. When they’re talking about college and Neal is so happy he’s glowing and Peter has that “I’m trying not to show you I’m smiling” smile on his face. ADORABLE! And then when Neal is all squeeful over being the subject of the class? Heee! “Technological virtuoso!” “Ok, read it to yourself. Quiet now.” “Did you guys see the syllabus?” “Now, we don’t need to share . . . **splutter, splutter**, ok, go team!” “You don’t like the van. Noted.” **snicker** And Peter is soooooooo jealous of Alex. So. Jealous.

Mozzie! Ascot and all! Nice twist, to have a plot all spun off of not just Mozzie, but actually the woman he has a crush on.
Best line of the ep: “What are you doing in a federal building dressed like Truman Capote?”
Yay, it’s Elizabeth! (The hiding of the pregnancy continues pace.)
Loved Peter figuring it out so fast and coming to save Neal! Loved Mozzie’s mental meltdown when he first walks openly into the Bureau’s offices. Loved Mozzie being all heroic and Neal worried about him and Peter understanding and . . . all of it! All of it!!

I enjoy the buddy relationship which, while not quite totally "equals" is still sort of strength to strength. Even though they make me think a lot of brothers I think Neal really sees Peter as father figure.

Peter has such a protective vibe about Neal, which really sold the scenes where he was teasing him about being scared for Mozzie.

“You were supposed to be here an hour ago.” “We can’t all spend our nights sipping wine on my couch.” “Not with that attitude you can’t!” “I was a little busy posing as a professional killer.” “As you said.” “Are you tipsy?” “Little bit.” HA! I love Neal and Mozzie banter. “He’s never given me a present.” “I sent you birthday cards!” “Wasn’t a present. Do you want something from Ms Ellis?” “I want her to stop pointing guns at me.” “That can be arranged. Sit.” HA!! I love love Neal and Peter banter. “Now, explain to me why your hair was slicked back . . . Amateur production of Grease? I do think you’d make a sublime Danny Zuko.” “Not Kinicki?” “Oh, please. You’re not a follower.” Did I mention I love Neal and Mozzie banter? I also love Peter and Elizabeth sweet conversations. Just sayin’. Plotwise? I really liked how Neal and Mozzie kept manipulating things, using elements from the FBI case to their advantage – like bringing her “back from the dead” to get the suspect to move so they could follow him, but also to get them their FAA info. Well, to try to get them their FAA info.
