Peter is, of course, more expert about what’s going on with Neal than any old polygraph.
“Better keep his hands off my rollover minutes.” Ha!!
So, basically, Ms Ellis is a counter-point to Peter. She’s just a persistent as he was in pursuit of Neal, only she can’t (at least not so far) be charmed. And, I tend to think, she doesn’t know Neal quite as well.
The big poker show-down! Woot!
Heeeee!! Hundred grand in the bottom drawer, hollowed out weapons manual. ;D
You know, I’ve been noticing for awhile, but have never mentioned, how very much I love the design of the FBI offices where they work. It has a hint of mid-century modern look, but without being noticeably dated. It’s all in the lines and angles of the place. Or maybe just the camera angles . . .
Also? I love how sweet scenes of Neal and Peter talking tend to be placed right next to sweet scenes of Peter and Elizabeth talking. It’s like, if we can’t get the sweet domestic scenes of the three of them, while Tiffani Thiessen is on maternity leave, then they sort of create them with the timing of their scenes.
I had been wondering if bad guy pulled the “mother wants money” scam on people he sort of suspected of being the FBI because they might be FBI. I mean, it would have been sort of win-win, in a warped kind of way. If they are FBI, they would step in and thus save him from the gangsters that he owes money to, and if they’re not, then he gets the money to pay off the gangsters he owes money to. But no, he was just greedy greedy greedy!
Shirtless Neal! **goes to happy place** Ooooh, and her orange dress is very cool! But of course what I’m also wondering is if she is really sincerely interested in what happened with Kate and the explosion, or if she sees this as a way to getting the painting she is sure Neal stole.
