#wavey#
0615 and I'm awake.
Which would be handy for a morning class, but I have class starting at 1430 and then pub starting at 8pm, and had been hoping to be asleep a bit more.

Oh, nice. My sister just found my dad's stash and I can't have any because I get random piss quizzes at work. The first and last of which was right after I started there 6 years ago.
*headdesk*

All - am home sick today - wow, do I feel yucky. Headache, nasty sore throat, tired and achy.
Blech, blech, blech.
I guess the good news is I can hang around in S'cubieland more today.

Really, Shan, under the circumstances I don't see why you can't indulge just a little. The residue will be gone from your system in just a couple of weeks.

So glad there will Springage here today, but do take care of yourself. Chicken soup, orange juice and lots and lots of naps. I am a great believer in allowing the body's own systems to work and sleep seems to be the best way for that to happen. Get better!

The radiation therapy has become pointlessly distressing for Dad, due to the discovery of even more cancers elsewhere, so we have stopped the treatment and will be moving him to hospice care tomorrow. His oncologist and radiologist both concur that this is the best course at this point, due to his extremely rapid decline. They both also agree that it's a blessing to go so quickly. My sister and mom and I also agree, intellectually, but it's hard to get the heart to understand. We are helping each other try, though. I love you guys. I'm glad you and your family are together to help each other through this. My best wishes to all of you. And, your dad's stash? Hee! Sorry you can't indulge.
