Heh. Eloise. She is not your typical Driveshaft fan. Well, that was a bit anti-climatic. Ok - here we go. ;D Stop looking for Penny. "Because you're not ready yet, Desmond." Daniel Whidmore. All the players are getting in place. For what, I have no idea. But they are all on a collision course or something. Can? Open! Worms? Everywhere!

What's going on inside Desmond's brain is not so easy to explain, I'm thinking. And all his magno-energy is gonna mess up the machine, isn't it? ;D No! The machine is gonna help his access his otherverse memories!! Heeee! Fleeing nekkid Charlie. Heee! Charlie knows that he knows . . . "None of this matters." "Don't worry about me. Start looking for Penny." None of 'this' matters? The sideways AU? Matter and anti-matter. And when they get together? Boom! ;D

Charlotte.. and when she was eating a chocolate bar... Daniel's had a bleedover after seeing the love of his life. Funny you should mention setting off atomic bombs.. "some other life" "I think I already did" and Desmond is having trip-fits. serious, SERIOUS existential angst. "She's my half-sister" That stadium. She's the one doing the tour de stade now. so, way to bring the creepy there, Desmond, meeting Penny. no, in the words of marcellus wallace, I think he's a long fvcking way from okay. That's some severe angst going on there. "When do we start?" whuh, okay? Holy frack waffles!!!!!"lead the way!" and an actual flash sideways now. eloise gonna be waiting at the car? No, just Desmond gonna be working onit from that end of things. wow, would have been nice to have been surprised about Michael coming back. This is the best expression evah! Also? Very fitting!

Why don't you tell Mrs Widmore. So, he goes there and maybe meets Penny? Aha!! It's Eloise, of course! And hat-wearer is important - her son, I'm thinking? " Someone has clearly affected the way you see things. This is a serious problem. It is, in fact, a violation. Whatever you're doing, whatever it is you think you're looking for, you need to stop looking for it." Oooooooh, of course she knows what's going on in the game. She's outside the game somehow, enforcing rules? He's not ready for it. YES! Hat guy was Daniel!!! Constants unite!!1 Isn't this (the red) exactly what she said to him many episodes (and several seasons) ago?[/color]

While I find Lost intriguing, with many excellent performances; this season annoys me. The writers knew that they had a finite number of episodes left, and they seem to be stringing out the plotlines and spinning off more and more questions and possibilities. I have the feeling that most of the mysteries will be left unsolved at the end of the last episode. I didn't expect every niggling plothole to be resolved, but I really hoped for more answers and less questions in the final season.
Hope I'm wrong and we do get some whys/hows in the episodes that are left.
Anyone wanna speculate as to who will be left on the island at the end of the series?
Do you think there will be someone who inherits Jacob's job of Smokey-jailor? Or will the island disappear or lose its magic?
I think either Hurley or Sawyer or Jack will take over for Jacob. I can't see either Sun or Jin staying, at least not of their own free will - they have a child they want to raise in the outside world. I also can't see Kate staying on, and I think Sayyid will die. I think Claire will be saved, somehow, and go home to raise Aaron. Desmond will do just about anything to get back to Penny; I would be surprised if he's the one who stays. I don't know what will happen to Ben...

and now the fangs come out. Minkowskii still driving him? Well, now we see if he's married to.. yep, Eloise. Eloise all nice and nicey to Desmond. Until he questions about the name Penny. Penny Milton. "affected the way you see things" "a violation" "you have the perfect life" "you're not ready yet, Desmond" this world is a construct.. Daniel the mathmetician/musician and he needs to talk with Desmond.. oh wow. Penny Milton? Alt-Desmond's Paradise Lost?

Desmond, Desmond, Desmond. You are soooooooooo screwed. Ooooky music. Oh.......that was good. The little lip snarl and then the freak out. It's all so......Initiativey. "A little test." Yeah, right. Angstrom. Oh, not the bunny! The ångström is often used in the natural sciences for expressing the sizes of atoms, lengths of chemical bonds and the wavelengths of electromagnetic radiation, and in technology for the dimensions of parts of integrated circuits. It is also commonly applied in structural biology.Hmmm.....time travel machine? John Updike thought Angstrom was a good name for a Rabbit too. ;D

Brotha! OK, Widmore. Make your case and see if Desmond will believe. "I can't imagine what you must be feeling." Uh, I'm thinking homicidal rage would be a good guess. "The island isn't done with you yet!" Well, you told him. I think you're gonna regret not telling Jin what the hell you're doing. More bunny experiments? So, they're playing with time again? Ooops. That wasn't a bunny. And Desmond isn't a bunny either! Eeeep! Evil bunnies. We know - it must be bunnies!

What was this episode about? Rather than attempting to answer I'll suggest that you would be best served by: 1. finding and viewing the episode online if possible, or, alternatively, 2. googling "Lost Episode Summaries" and going to one of the many, many websites that can give you a detailed summary. You could try just reading through our current 3 pages of posts, but that would only give you a very limited, incomplete understanding of the episode. Sorry I can't be more helpful but we generally just post in response to the episode after viewing. We don't do comprehensive summaries.

Desmond episode!!!
Teaser
Desmond wakes up.
Not in the hospital anymore? Ah, right cause that's where we last saw him.
Widmore. Just the person Desmond wanted to see.
Back to the island. Just the place Desmond wanted to be.
The island is done with Desmond yet, or Widmore isn't done with Desmond yet?
Never believe some one when they say they can't explain in words.
A test? I don't like the sound of that.
Hydra station is bustling, bustling.
Guy minion looks familiar.
Bunny rabbit. Angstrom.
Another one bites the dust. This is what protocols are for, people!

Part I
Still at the Hydra station. So are there no alternate reality bits to this episode?
Widmore the Mad Scientist.
What is Widmore's game here?
Clouds. Arrival Kiosk.
Ah, here are the alternate reality bits.
Baggage claim.
Claire.
Desmond's all dapper and clean shaven. Looks like a business man.
Desmond bet's Clair's baby is a boy or he knows its a boy?
Desmond meets his driver. This is one of the guys on the freighter, yeah?
Does he work for Widmore in this reality?
Office building filled with hideous art.
Yeah, Widmore.
What a weird smile to take us into the title card.
