Jeremy's piano accompaniment of his orchestra at Carnegie Hall is included in the newspaper article on top students. The fact that the newspaper called it Carnage Hall makes it sound much more interesting. Carnage Hall? Makes it all extra fun. Congrats to Jeremy.

Hey, Riff, howdy! Julia, better days, I hope? Hello, Julia! Thank you. Things are... a work in progress. How have you been? Aren't they always? Good to see you, Riff.

Ah, only 23 minutes to DW. My monomania will be satisfied! And then your monomania will have a cigarette?

I've got a small group of people coming over tomorrow to see Beth's new skin care line. What should I serve as refreshments?

Hey, Riff, howdy! Julia, better days, I hope? Hello, Julia! Thank you. Things are... a work in progress. How have you been? I think the most economical way to put it is "whiny" but, hey, new TV season coming up, with new things to watch, so, YAY! Julia, needing to rocket out the door except for the utter lack of motivation.

Quiet day on the board! Am really struggling getting ready for Mem Day dedication. I think I can, I think I can, I think I can! Got the photo show together (thanks to all who commented on the Admin thread). Got the artwork framed and photos together for the table displays. The kid did a lot of drawing. His grandma took a lot of pictures. Just finished burning the CD of music Vince liked or that reminds me of him. Also practiced my 6 minute speech. We have a total of 10 minutes, and there is going to be a song. It is all good and pure torture, at the same time. OK! I can do this, I can do this - I will do this. As always, thanks for listening. It is really helpful; I am home alone, and it is nice to have this place.

RIP Dennis Hopper. Few people creeped me out more (I'm looking at you, Frank Booth); there are worse legacies to have.

Speaking of good TV: Burn Notice and Royal Pains are back on June third, which is (counts on mental fingers) Thursday night, where everything else has suddenly disappeared. I'm fine with Michael and Fee, but it's the odd-couple nonparental parent figures I like best. Not that Bruce Campbell and Sharon Gless can do no wrong, but they can do no wrong. Julia, now when do Eureka and Warehouse 13 come back? Last season I did not find Royal Pains to be up the quality (writing, acting, characterizations, ongoing plotlines) of Burn Notice, Psych, White Collar and (isn't there another USA show?), but will probably give it a second chance. Warehouse 13: Tuesday, July 6 at 9eastern Eureka: Friday, July 9 at 9eastern Since you and Anne both asked.

Can you hold out till the fireworks die down? nevermind.....
