I was just led astray to a site dedicated to all things Big Bang Theory; included was this description, which suggests to me that Sheldon is a different kind of Texan from the one I live with: Explain to me an organizational system where a tray of flatware on a couch is valid. I'm just inferring that this is a couch, because the evidence suggests the coffee table is having a tiny garage sale.Julia, off to get the site link, sorry...

INFINITY! THE SOULFUL SPIKE SOCIETY, PART 1106! If an infinite amount of monkeys hit keys at random on an infinite number of typewriters (or if one monkey hit keys at random for eternity) they would produce the complete works of Shakespeare. And every other book. And an infinite number of new books. In every language. And an infinite number of new languages. And they’d do all this an infinite number of times. Funny thing, infinity. Of course chimps, not being monkeys but great apes and primates and closely related to us, would be rubbish... * * * Rule 1 - Oo oo ah ah! Be nice to each other. No cheeky monkeys!
Rule 2 - Ah ah oo oo! No spoilers. Where’s my banana? Get non-opposable and randomly type your spoilers here: Spoiled Souls.
Rule 3 - Politics and religion? See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil. No politics and religion. Where’s my tire? Just don’t mention evolution. I want to swing in my tire! Oo oo ah ah! Unless you want to talk about stuff like Darwin with apple juice on his beard, in which case, knuckle-walk along to here: Open Topics.
There’s also this Supernatural, which is in this I Love, Love, LOVE TV section. Hang (in a tire) here and talk about TV: House, Fringe, Bones, and many, many, more!
* * *
* * *
Essays, reviews, stories, the complete works of Shakespeare, etc. are here:
The Soulful Spike Society * * *
Heeeee! Excellent opener. Good to see ya, Riff! Choose monkey! Go monkey!

First! We got in late last night, but we made it to VT just fine. Had a quick chat with Rich then went to bed. I am now sitting in his living room in my typically awake before the birds fashion. I'm excited about today. We're going to head up to the park where the handfasting is going to be to scope out the territory and decide on exact placement of things. We'll be taking pictures, if any of them come out nice I'll post some in the scrapbook. Hope the rest of the S'cubies have a great Friday! Coolio!! Gosh, it's coming up so fast, isn't it! Time? Flying! ;D I look forward to the photos.

Thank you kindly, Julia. Always good to see you, also. Ah, Soul Music, now there's a novel! At the time it came out, I was more into the idea that Death was the lovely goth girl in the Sandman comics. I've grown out of that now, of course. Ahem. You know, for some time I was convinced that Terry Pratchett was actually a pseudonym of Douglass Adams! I like the fact that they each made/make sly allusions to the others work from time to time; The Lost Continent swipes a bit of bird description from Adams' Last Chance to See. Julia, I also suspect that both of them read a good bit of Gerald Durrell when they were lads. Interesting! Also, I don't know Gerald Durrell. I'll have to check that out.

Ah, well. I'd like to go to the US full stop. Or should I say, period? *manly sniffle* If you make it to Houston you have a place to crash waiting for you. And no, since you had to ask, I don't have it. *splutters* I didn't mean that! And thanks.
