Which is airing in the UK tonight, but won't debut here until next week.
*sigh*

That was... depressing and disturbing. There are episodes that make me wonder why the Doctor bothers with us humans, and that was definitely one of them.
And am I the only one having X-Files flashbacks, as in the whole Scully abduction and alien pregnancy arc?
Also, I have issues with babies, children and pregnant women in danger, and it looks rather like they're going to be hitting all my buttons. YMMV and all that.

I've also got some questions, but Jim fell asleep so we'll be re-watching and I may wait until I re-watch to crystalize my thoughts. Also - got to run at the moment.

Totally agree about the creepiness and badness. What are "Confidentials" and do we not get them here in the states? Noticed that Amy had told the real Doctor about his death. Hate the idea of her being held all those months and months (Alice in Wonderland and not being able to get home is the ultimate nightmare to me.) Noticed the same shirt every week and was simply annoyed by it. Why wouldn't the ganger be able to use real Amy's clothes? That makes no sense. If I were Rory I'd also be totally creeped out at the thought of having slept with fake Amy all those months. And, yeah, I didn't understand At ALL how the flesh could be stabilized for those 2 men and The Doctor make a deal of trying to save the Gangers and then just melt fake Amy. Possibly more after re-watching.

I don't know if you get them in the USA because I'm not in the USA. In bunk beds! ... which leaves you wondering if that was the Doctor's cunning plan to keep them apart until he sorted things... but she wasn't fake Amy, she was Flesh!Amy, she was Amy but with a replacement body that was exactly like her original body only you could cut the connection and not kill the original. Still proper Amy who was making all the choices and will remember every minutes of it.

Then I guess she didn't know she was a fake or she would have told Rory and the Doctor? The "Almost People" -- like fetuses?

I think my reaction would be best summed up by the immortal words of Ten: What? What? What?

The gangers that we were watching for two episodes after the storm were not the same sort of thing that Amy was or that the gangers before the storm had been. Which just makes the ending confusing and depressing. The flesh was supposed to be like a forklift truck, operator mind drives it around, and that's what Amy was all season.

Of course -- the Frankenstein-lightening-brings-the-flesh-to-(independent)life moment. I recall noticing that at the time. I was going to say that that makes it even harder to understand why Real!Amy didn't just say (via the ganger) -- "help I'm kidnapped." But your point is that Real!Amy's body was unconscious and so she actually thought that the body her consciousness was wearing/driving around was her real self. Except for those odd flashes of seeing the eye in the wall. And the pregnancy scanner was picking up on both bodies -- one pregnant, one not. Or, a consciousness that knew itself to be pregnant while a body that was not.

I struggled with a B&B flashback which creeped me out royally.
Well, now, at least, we know why River Song said this was going to be her last encounter with the Doctor. I'm guessing that he goes back in time, rescues Melody/River from the kidnappers, brings her back to her parents where she can be brought up in her rightful home, thereby consigning the previous River Song to extinction.
Or something like that.

I think her last encounter with the Doctor is when she "died" and was "saved" to The Library's computer. Could be wrong, though. It's a big timey-wimey mess.
