YES!!! I was able to successfully switch monitors all by myself! If you're laughing at me right now, shut up. I don't like computers and they don't like me so anytime I can get the best of 'em, I'm excited. No more pink monitor for, no sir.
Oh, and a double YES!!! for me since I'm the first one here.
Laura, thanks again for the help. It is much appreciated. ;D

I agree. I know perfectly well that JM's ability to say so much with his face, his eyes, his body language, etc. has been a MAJOR contributing factor to my fascination with Spike. And I'm darned grateful to him.

I told you it was easy!

Hi, Lee. Glad you could drop around. I've missed you. Come back and visit with us whenever you can! Hi Lee, I was changing my sig line every few days, but I got kinda attached to the W. F. Buckley quote, and then Rob suggested the one after that, so I just added it this morning. Check it again maybe early next week, (altho I may have put out my best stuff already). Yours, The Queen of Snide

Tons of work to do but when has RL stopped any of us? Has anyone else been having problems today (that don't have to do with a pink monitor? First, I was no longer automatically logged in and then the login page wasn't there until I started all over with a new browser? Is it just me or is the board taking advantage of Vlad's illness-induced absence to mess with us?
Sandy, I'm sorry about the elusiveness of Pimm's but maybe the next time you're in the big city you can try it. I don't even look for it in my dinky town but there's a liquor store up in Lawrence that carries it when I need to restock.
I went to play Past Lives, too, after seeing all of your previous incarnations. I lived AD 650 in Korea. I was a female warrior, hunter, fisherman and executor of sacrifices, whatever that means. I was sane, practical, and a materialist with no spiritual consciousness which I prefer to think of as just being a carpe diem kind of girl. My simple wisdom helped the weaker and poorer. My lesson for this go round is to develop self-love and an ability to implant hope into the hearts of others. So, it sounds like I'm a cross between Jeremiah Johnson, Fa Mulan and Robin Hood. I can live with that.
Your tales of Potential violence crack me up. I once kneed a guy in the balls when he wouldn't back off so can I be in the club, too?
Ok, enough playtime. It's back to work for me. I have another weekend intensive class tomorrow and then it's off to NJ for a week to visit the family. 6 journal articles down, 14 to go and then I'll tackle the text. Oh joy. (Let's just see how long I can stay away - any excuse not to work!)

Keep honoring me this way and that nurse in NYC might just take a plane to Orlando to track down that pale skinned blonde hottie. Be careful, though. If Buffy spots you stalking her guy it is ON.
